  It is a play on words.

  She may say something to the contrary, but when she says "Religious" she really means "Zealot".

  She uses the word "Religious" as a trap and\or as a means to attract eyes to a topic.

  Choosing which world you live in

  we have chosen the world we live in......inside our thoughts.

  the physical location of us is practically (not entirely) irrelevant.. we have selected certain thoughts to regard as....... unthinkable and ignorable.. we have cherry-picked importance like a salad bar.

  we leave behind most of reality and head to the dinner table.

  ... how truly great this place is.. i have not been on many forums, but i think this one is unique and strong in a very important way.

  it is of course a support group for those exiting the wts, or trying to deal with remaining within it, first and foremost.

  but the awesome thing about this place is how it welcomes everyone.

  i wish there were more jw's resisting the extreme elements within the religion.

  i beleive there are many who know some of the things they hear and read are whack, but stay because they think it's still the group god has chosen.

  but there are ways to voice your opinion without being too vocal or disassociating:.

  I am not neccessarily talking about a 4-year college. At minimum, could there be a two-year technicial/career center for young ones in good standing between the ages of 16-28?

  ........

  Donation is fine only when they advocate education and career advancement that would allow me to donate.

  Advocate, Advocate, Advocate a means, to make it in this world (financially speaking), and I could careless what you preach, I would donate.
