Militancy is not exclusive to Christians. It exists in atheists as well. And it cannot be justified in either. Are the atheists on this board always pleasant to Christians? Or the Christians to the atheists? Pretty much is reflective of society at large, wouldn't you say?

The Supreme Court already has the final say in interpeting the law. Are they not the GB of the U.S. (nine men who tell us all what to do)? Who selected the past judges and current judges?

How is reciting the pledge with the words "under God" unfair? As far as I am aware, Jws children don't recite it and atheists should not be forced to recite it nor anyone who objects either. But what about all those who want to recite it containing the words "under God" and will not be allowed to if this case becomes effective? That's fair?

Mob rule? From what I see, it seems that the minority more often than not wins. Didn't Jws just win a case over Stratton, Ohio? Isn't the pledge case an atheist's doing? Slowly, but surely--no prayers in schools, no ten commandments, no God (all at the insistence of a minority). At any rate, even if the pledge is not allowed, God is not going away because atheists want Him to. Nor will those who are unafraid of atheists stop speaking about God.

Since the number of Bible Students is probably less than 10,000 that makes about the same number of anointed who partake of the emblems at the Memorial. I bet You Know doesn't think that number is insignificant!

No, I attended the Lafayette West Unit. My niece is not a Jw., never has been. I visited her last Christmas. It was my second time in Prairieville. She lives on Hunter Creek Court and moved there from Baton Rouge 2 years ago. So I know only her family.
