It must be a concern of all the information that is now been leaked
by joe134cd ini have put up previous posts about this in the past, but i just thought that it was worth mentioning again.
it has to be of concern to them with how quickly information is getting leaked.
hell it even surprises at just how slowly information spreads by offical means.

On the other hand. If it is truly an accurate leaked letter, this is a victory to the one that had the guts to release it. Thanks go to whoever that was. -

I wouldn't be surprised if nothing is mentioned at the AGM about this recent leaked letter. What we may get just a smile, and a expression, "What? Were you expecting something else? You haven't been listening to those Apostate Websites have you?" They may have leaked it deliberately as a hook. -

Lightbulb Moment ------> Two Witness Rule
by 4thgen inthe jw's always say that there must be "two witnesses before a matter is firmly established".
if that is the case, then why is the account of moses and the 10 commandments or jesus in the wilderness talking to satan taken as fact?
moses and jesus were both by themselves in the wilderness.

Excuse me....? Haven't you seen some of Cecille DeMille's BlockBuster Bible movies about the, "Ten Commandments", with Charlton Heston? There were more than 2 witnesses that saw those. -

I went down in the first Round!
by John Aquila inthere is a visitor brother in town and from what ive been told, he has been a missionary for many years and they were having a get together for him.
i took my mom to that get-together yesterday and stayed for a few minutes.
i heard a group around a table with the visitor brother talking about how hard it was getting in the world with so many distractions and that many of the brothers were falling into the trap and leaving jehovahs organization.

E-Mail, Just recived. About Bethell adjustments.
by DwainBowman ini just read an email from a friend, and she shared some very interesting emails from her friends about information on changes now happening at the bethels around the world.
here is the email: .
---------------------------------thanks sally, jesus is directing the org and all decisions and instructions to us may not seem practical from now on, neither will we understand the reasonings behind many of the changes that the organization makes.

We who have computers have to help those who don't in downloading Soc material, right now. It won't be long before we print off the Awake, and Wt mag's. That's the next phase of the Lay-offs
Nothing surprises me anymore

My Opinions on whats going on in WT land - Insider Information
by thedepressedsoul infirst off, i'd like to state that i currently have "privileges" in the congregation and volunteer at bethel on and off throughout the year.
that's as much information as i will currently give about myself.. starting off, i think something big is coming in the form of lawsuits and bad pr.
they seem to be batting down the hatches in preparation for something the last few years and even more so the last few months.

I remember when I worked for a large Government Organization. and when the public thought that we had a large Legal Team. Sadly all we had was just one Lawyer, and a few Para-Legals. That one Lawyer was overworked. There were so many settlements made because the legal budget was limited. We rarely went to court to fight the issues. The WT soc reminds me of this. I remember during my younger years in this religion when there was never any worries about money. Now it's in your face way too much. They may not pass a plate around, but there are way too many pictures/videos about the contribution boxes these days -

disfellowshipping
by Sabin inif disfellowshipping was to be done away with, aside from the authorities that should be informed of child abuse so it may be dealt with legally, how should these one`s be dealt with within the congregations?.

SING NO SAD SONGS FOR EX-BETHELITES
by steve2 inwhat happens to ex-bethelites is really of no concern to the gb.
and equally no concern to us as ex-jws or those who question jw organization.. layoffs have happened at headquarters and elsewhere for many, many years - although the scale this time is larger than previously, being an all time high: 1,600. .
for the record, we should spare any sympathy/empathy for those who are about to sent packing this time.

When I was much younger, I remember the Meetings held at the DA's for Bethel service. I remember feeling a sense that I should stay away from that door. I'm so happy that I listened to my feelings back then. Now, I'm retired, with a pension, and have a good life. I remember getting judged from Bethelites for my lifestyle. Once a Bethelite/Missionary told me that I worshipped a Golden Calf. I know there are good people at Bethel. But, the GB should be realistic about it's security
