  Watchtower's Billion Dollars of Property Cannot Be Sold until Outcome of Conti Appeal

  30 minutes ago i just got off the phone with some important players in this case, and some things were relayed to me concerning a lot of details of the outcome of the last two days of court.

  i am passing this on.

  cynthia hampton, one of the main players in the candace conti case (and a close friend of 28 years), just informed me of a further, far more powerful move by the state of california against the watch tower bible and tract society of new york, inc.. by order of the superior court of the state of california - county of alameda (see documents below), until the watch tower's appeal, which won't begin until august 13th and will take up to two years to settle due to due process of law, has forbidden the watch tower to sell any more of its $1 billion in assets in the borough of brooklyn until the appeals case is finished, to assure they won't shelter their monies in the light of this most huge and devastating sexual abuse scandal ever to hit the watch tower society, and perhaps any other single-victim lawsuit.

  My Oxford Dictionary states that one billion is 1000 million.

  The $28 million awarded to Candice Conti therefore is a very small amount having in mind that the Watchtower maybe worth $1 billion.

  Besides they have property and money all over the world additional to the United States.

  So it will be a long time before they are broke, sad to say!

  i read outlaw's post about how he has watched people make an online career out of debating for and against arguments regarding 607 and 586 being the date of jerusalem's fall.

  he's right that this has happened and it's had the nasty side effect of "mudding up the waters" so-to-speak in regards to anyone wishing to glean wisdom from these debates.. i am not a historian and when posts start getting overtly historical my reading of them seems to slow down and i find myself having to reread posts.. i am going to try to simply state each argument to see if i have put it together (correct me if i am wrong):.

  the watchtower says that they default to the bible's figure of 70 years of jewish exile which is used more than once in the old testament.

  It dos'nt matter about 607 BC or 587 BC, why not? Because Daniel 4 had no 2nd fulfillment of the chopped down tree, it was all made up by people who lived before Charles Russell, therefore there is no 2520 years, no 1914, no 1919, no 1914 "Overlapping Generation".

  Therefore all of you Jehovah's Witnesses who are reading these posts need to THINK and to search for what the real truth is---it's there for you if you really want to fined it!

  i am not an expert on this issue.

  i have read and re-read information about it, but i guess i am somewhat dense when it comes to this topic.. my question is simple: the watchtower suggests that they believe the bible is the unerring word or god.

  that it must be believed above anything else.
