recently, i met a nice good looking lady that share the same first and last name as that ugly lady.

Let me tell you a very weird story, Okay, more than few years ago, A lady emailed me to tutor American Sign Language to describe pictures at Penthouse Magazines. I had no idea what she looks like before I met her. I told her that I have never met her before and I am not going to describe pictures at our first meeting. I told her I can help her improve ASL and she agreed to meeting me. When I met her for the very first time, she was so overweight, she had thick glasses, she had pimples on her face. She is downright very ugly. I never forget her name.

Recently, I met a nice good looking lady that share the same first and last name as that ugly lady. I am not sure whether to ask her out or not. I am not sure what to do.

Well it might be your fault to some degree, before you apologize, both of you need to communicate honestly to see where both of you are coming from, then go from there.
