  Does The WT Keep Files On ExJW Activists?

  it occurred to me that the wt, if they can identify the activists that are currently campaigning against them, would have a lot of ability to compile detailed dossiers on them.

  once identified, the elders of the appropriate congregation could be asked to forward copies of all their membership details held locally.. would they do that, and do such dossiers exist?.

  (there are probably data collection rules governing such things in a lot of countries, but by no stretch of the imagination could the wt be considered a good corporate citizen).

  I thought the article did a decent job clarifying that (unlike in Russia) JWs in Norway are perfectly free to believe and practice their faith as they please…

  …they simply can’t do it on the taxpayer’s dime, anymore.

  The Org’ll be walking a real fine line if they try and spin this for the rank-and-file…

  …too much focus on it and still-ins might start asking why the WTS would expend so much time and effort just to keep sucking on the teats of Satan’s World (especially this close to The End).

  It’s hard to argue your stance when your opponent knows your stance better than you do.

  In my opinion, this - more than just about any other reason - is why the Org is dispensing with the door-to-door work faster than you can say “knock, knock”.

  i see memes as a very effective way of getting the truth about the truth across without lengthy debate.
