  yes, the may 15th watchtower is now available for download from jw.org.. the final study article, on page 26, directs another salvo at apostates - and warns witnesses not to try arguing with them on the internet:.

  indeed, we ought to move as far away from wrongdoing as possible and not see how close we can get to it without being overcome by sin.

  for instance, we need to guard against succumbing to apostasy, a sin that would make us unfit to glorify god.

  i hate doing this type of thread.

  none of us are perfect, least of all myself, and i would rather focus any criticism on the watch tower society for damaging people's lives.

  however, in the short period since i've been a member of this forum i've noticed one member in particular deteriorate in his behaviour into the type of individual who threatens to undermine the credibility of the entire website.

  So is everyone saying that we should disfellowship RF from the forum since he is unrepentant?

  I do not care for RF, his website, his methods, or his over the top radio show with charlitanistic guests; which means that I choose not to take him or his posts seriously. I think most people, except for a few new ones, can see right through his bullshit. That being said, he should have the right to spew his shit to the forum since he was once a JW like us.

  I post here anonymously, I could care less what RF thinks about me since I only care what I think about me. Everyone here has thier own reasons for posting/lurking/coping, and we should focus on that.

  Keep up the good work Cedars, Marvin, and the like...you do great work and make everyones path much easier to follow.

  so..who here has examples of where the society printed something in a book or magazine...and then when a newer version of the book or bound volume came out...they changed what they wrote to cover up a mistake or to further a doctrinal change?.
