The WT also mess with the resurrection doctrine.
The bible says about a resurrection in the flesh (same dead body) in the last day when they'll go to heaven in transformed bodies.
Nothing about a resrrection in a earthly paradise.
The whole WT doctrine has a lot of philosophical flaws in a resurrection with another new body. Simply put, the WT doctrine is about clones.

Not speaking about the WT double standard about the pagan origins...
In deluge stuff all the common pagan myths are a good point to show that it must be true.
In trinity stuff the same thing are a reason to accept the devil control over the mankind.

I like some "illustrations" about the trinity like the time and it's three forms: past, present and future.
All of them are distinct but all of them are time.
You cannot talk about past, present or future without talk about time.
Also you cannot talk about holy spirit, jesus and the father without talk about dog, ops, god.
The main issue about jesus saying the father was greater it's a fail, 'cause the jesus was a diminished form of the trinity son. Jesus it's like an avatar of the son while on earth so he could talk about the father being greater than him.

But in relation to trinity I can say I'm an trinitarian atheist. LOL
I think the trinity it's a superior philosophical concept, and seems to me the unitarians never gets the trinity concept right. The WT does not talk about the mainstream trinity doctrine but always build a strawman from it.
The trinity doctrine it's not what the WT says.

It's very hard to get a unique conclusion only having the sola scriptura thing.
The bible it's not a self consistent book so we can get several views on it.
In a book full of contradictions what can we take as criteria? The majority of texts about something? Like what? Up to 50% of texts that say something wins the other texts that says the opposite?
I think (as an atheist) the catholics have the right thing in consider the bible just as a PART of the whole christianism.
No one can take anything out the bible but nonsense.

to date JWism has defined my life and i hate that TRUTH
by oompa inand i am finding the adjustment to the real world far more difficult than i ever imagined...i f...it has been about five years since i totally woke up to the fraudulant nwt and then all my other doubts i had carried for years were proved true as well.
but almost all of my few friends are exjw or slack jw's and i feel so isolated...my sons friends are mostly exjw too but not their gf's and they have way more normal friends .
how have you done at replacing lifelong friends and family?
