i got myself into a bit of a quandary over a discussion on a facebook group.

i researched their own material and i found some good info on how they don't mind control anyone.

the following unedited information was sourced from their february 15, 1994 watchtower p. 5-7. i've highlighted some sentences that we all know are lies and a distortion of the reality of their community:.

When I was a dub I accepted the term cult because the bible says the early christianity was labelled as a cult.

And in my mind I thought a cult was an unregistered religion or illegal. I knew in some countries they were truly illegal so I thought that was the cause of the cult status in people's mind.

And I accepted the fact the JW must be persecuted and ridiculed. The old persecution card...

But I wonder how could be my reaction if I was told about the mechanisms of thought control in my uber dub days...

Christian missionary whinges about the prosperity of Kenya

jessica tidwell arrived in nairobi ready to heroically preach the gospel to destitute, half-naked peasants, living in mud huts and covered in "bug bites".. when she discovered that nairobi was in fact a prosperous, modern city with people in expensive clothes buying food and electronic goods in shopping malls, she was dejected and said so in her missionary blog.. the comments section below her blog entry is well worth a read.... here is bob marley's take on self-centred western christian missionaries.. All things considered, when will THE JW religion end?

id give a guess of maybe another 15 to 20 years ,.

nothing will be the same , if there even is a headquarters.. opinion?.

For me it's not the same religion I left in 2006. When I left internet was the devil itself. Now they're an e-religion.

When JW.org piloted by GB 2.0 will end? I really don't because they made wild jumps. One thing is for sure, they cannot go back. Now they're navigating in unknown oceans.

Maybe the singing cart knows...LOL
