You are a very brave young woman. It will be tough on that you can bet. however it does get easier. For a while you feel alone like every one else is happy but that just isn't true. Be you, be true. I always find tea is good, but then I'm British. Big Hugs.

just giving you fair warning as your time may be better spent somewhere else.. so, i'm sitting on my lunch break, bawling my eyes out, and writing on this forum to people i don't know yet probably have a great deal in common with but at the same time, used to scare the daylights out of me.
for years, i would come across this forum and 'lurk' awhile if you will, or see things on youtube.

If you went back in time, would you be a god?
by Simon inwe just finished watching outlander which is about a woman who goes back in time ~200 years from the end of wwii.
she ends up in the scottish highlands in the middle of the jacobite uprising.
it's a great show although the last episodes were a little graphic (they make game of thrones seem like sesame street).. but it got me thinking ... if you went back in time would you in fact be the 'god' you may imagine because of your knowledge of modern technology and the future?.

I love outlander, AAAHHHHH Jamie, what a man. I have the special editions on blue ray now. Yes I have read the books as well. Can you believe I threw them out, yes in the bin. Why I hear you cry, well I didn't want to stumble any one Another sister I know sold the whole lot for a dollar. What a first rate idiot I am. I did the same with the Tudor's gave all my D.v.D's away to a worldly, cause I loved them so much, well not the fourth season. Bloody hell, I cant believe it. I just love historical fiction. -

I'm afraid that people have to wake themselves up F&C. The jw's keep their members in a state of closed mindedness, blinkered. And there are many who are happy to just live that way, they cant deal with change it's so sad. The worst thing they did to themselves, the borg that is, is put us all on the internet. After years of telling us it was bad now they are encouraging us on it with Jw.Borg. HaHa, I think they were over confident, maybe they thought they more control then they did. Well, you just make sure you are looking after yourself now, be happy that is the best way to wake others up, it confuses them. -

FreeandClear, I love your story, you are so not alone, so many have suffered with depression & then got away from the JW's & found they improve instantly. Good for you, hold your head up live your life. You are pretty much on the same lines as me. I believe that the example Jesus showed, wether you believe it to be true or a fairy story, is a good way to be.

not good enough for watchtower neighbor must fit in three catagories only according to yesterdays wt wow changed the words of the son of god.

Witness007, I hope you full fill all your dreams, I don't have any experience in this as I had both my girls by 21. I do know some people who have needed help & have managed to get results naturally. Using Chinese herbs, a lot in my area have been successful & I'm also told that removing all electrical appliances from your bedroom is important, I know of a witness couple that this worked for after years of trying. Hey gotta be worth the research a, it cost's nothing & you can start today. Think of all the fun. Just as a thought would adoption be an option. This can be heart breaking for a woman, it's horrible cause I suspect every where your wife looks now she's probably seeing pregnant mothers & prams. She gonna need your love man. -

Interesting that Jesus specifically used the Samaritan man in that illustration as they were considered apostate's to the Jews. WOW it's another point JW idiots have completely missed. What a surprise. I have to confess I haven't read the article but it sounds to me as if they are looking for away to ease their consciences when it comes to their shunning policies. Everyone is your neighbour except those that have been involved with us & then worked out what a bunch of back stabbing, money grabbing, murdering, child abusing wankers we are. Those ones we give you full permission to treat like shit, & don't feel guilty about it even if they were abused as children by JW elders. What a joke. Excuse me while I run to the toilet.

Witnesses killed my friend today.
by WasOnceBlind intoday has been a horrible day.
what began as a day of joy finding out that one of my lifelong friends had her baby, turned into a nightmare when her brother called me to let me know she had passed away after birth.
i was in shock and didn't ask how.
