  publishing cult- I have watched both videos you have suggested and your argument is that there is no god and since that is your argument in your mind there is no way anything i say could make any since to you. i will not be a wt publication peddler I will be someone who truely wants to see others brought to salvation and I will do this by showing them god's word the bible, the publications are just helping you get a better understanding of the bible but my personal goal will be to get others to see the importance of following gods commands. it may sound stupid to you but the bible talks about there will be one who will riddicule you but in the end you will be greatly rewarded.

  just got home from work and have read over everyones post and i have to admit a lot of you have brought out some good points, to be honest my family does play a big factor on why i am deciding to go back , but its not the only factor they have reminded me the reason of why i got baptized even though i do try to say that i was pressured into it sometimes it was really in the end my decision no one forced me to answer the question required for baptism. Being a Jehovahs witness means being dedicated to jehovah if thats not why your a witness then your not really a jehovahs witness. my goal is to focus on that only my dedication to jehovah. do i believe that jehovahs witnesses are perfect? of course not! Do I believe Jehovahs witnesses are the only channel to god? no I dont think that is true i believe that jehovah can read the hearts of those who are wanting to serve him and knows who are truely putting forth their best effort. some ask why I choose to be a witness over all the other religions, i choose the jw because their teachings are backed by the bible. I do still have lots of questions that i want to get answered and i am willing to put in the work to get them answered. I will be open to listen to others beliefs as well. I do believe that there is more to life then just to 70 to 80 years that most of the people here have accepted. I dont see how being a jehovahs witness is going to get in the way of me living my life the way I want. I do see the importance now of living my life in line with gods commands. to me it seems like most of the people here have had past problems with the members of jehovahs witnesses but again your dedicating your life to jehovah not man! but again i do appreciate what you guys all have to say so if you want to post i am willing to hear your side out.

  i reread over your post sizemik and i read it wrong the first time i see what your saying but please see where im coming from if i went up to a mormon and said hey u really need to do some deep thinking as to why you believe your religion is right i think you got it all wrong. what do u think would be their response? well why do u feel this way what doctrine of mine do u feel is wrong? if i were to call out someone i need to back my side up. that is why i posted make a list of how being a jw really gets in the way of living your life to the fullest so far no one has posted a list everyone is just attacking my post and like i said it is more deep then just what i wrote i even mentioned the fact that i wrote it as quick as possible

  i have evaluated this religion and obviously it sounds like you have as well have anything to share sizemik? i have posted my reasoning as childish as they sound to you but i have not seen yours! you dont have to if u dont want to that up to you but usually when people say your wrong most of the time they have something to add to it! i feel like you telling me i am wrong and having nothing to back it up with is childish but that just my opinion

  no what sizemik did was break down everything that i said in my post and if youd like i would definetly break down into much greater detail why i left and why i am going back but then the post would have been much longer i wrote this to see if anyone else related to me and if not why not?, not to tell me i am stupid for what i posted. to me that is pointless because i am going to believe what i believe until someone can show me otherwise.

  1. most of you seem to be pretty satisfied that you left the the witness world but now that your gone what drives you now?

  what makes you excited about life?

  no i meant im disfellowshipped so if you really get down to it i am not a witness right now! dont worry tho im not going to post everyday and post on every topic just the one who i can relate to cuse while it might be nails to a chalk board to you there are thousands of other members here, maybe one of them might want to hear my opinion on things

  sizemik- i appreciate your opinion but that is all that it is, you are looking at what i am saying and calling it childish why dont you come to the table with more then just im childish! I putting my story out there and this is how i feel more then what your doing i look forward to reading your story since your brand new to the site if your not like entirely possible who just goes around posting on everyone pages random useless things he too brought nothing to the table . what you said to me meant nothing but thank you i guess maybe your trying to help??i appreciate ppl like mrs jones who have something to bring to the table.

  thank you, i like reading the different posts here

  but you said it correctly according to the watchtower not jehovah, i am on my way back in from being disfellowshipped too, but i do believe this will be a good place to witness at once i get more knowledge of the bible. there are alot that dont believe in god here but there are alot who still do believe in god as well and the bible so an an occasional post here and there wont be doing anything wrng
