  Yup! It's Matty Birthday......we had a surpise party for him, it was brilliant just to see the look on his face! His very FIRST birthday party!

  Glad to hear that everyone travelled home safely………early night anyone?? Lol (as I put my head on my pillow I could hear the birds singing the dawn breaking song!….lol)

  Homebrewing Again

  when i bottle the beer, i siphon it from the fermenter to the bottling bucket.

  the bottling bucket is just another food-grade plastic bucket with a spigot near the bottom.

  i've got 2 cases of beer to bottle, one bottle at a time.

  My first 1/2 pint was homebrew....made my head spin! I never forgot how good it tasted

  I have made homemade wine in the past, although I never quite perfected it, it was fun!

  if you had a choice, which country would you live in?

  i feel that i belong in the caribbean, where the reggae beat goes on and on.

  hopping around the island on those little busses where the driver plays fantastic caribbean music so loud you could almost miss your stop, now thats where i belong on this wet dreary saturday morning.

  Birthday!

  well, actually my birthday is sunday, may 18th.

  but i was born on a friday night at 9:57 pm eastern time us and it was a full moon...so i guess technically my birthday was last night's full moon.

  my new friends at the local sca group(re-enactors)are having a barbecue on sunday and i am going to bake a cake and we will all celebrate.

Hopping around the Island on those little busses where the driver plays fantastic Caribbean music so loud you could almost miss your stop,… now that’s where I belong on this wet dreary Saturday morning. Having said that, things could be worse I could be on the Ministree at this time doing the pioneer plod….Uuggh!!!

  two elders were having a conversation at the front of the kingdom hall when a little girl walked up behind one and then came around to his front and looked up at his face.

  she then went back behind him and looked at the back of his head, before coming round again to look back up at his face.
