  I talked the first time in 20 years to a non-JW and need a divorce...

  this is very difficult to write (forgive me for any spelling mistake, i am not a native english speaker).. i cannot tell my complete story on this board - i eventually will, once i have broken the last "link in the chain" that has kept me captive to the borg.

  i can't tell my story, because.....basically i will be known.....as a more or less "famous" jw..... i have been lurking this site for many years, wrote here under another name - this eventually was found out and i had to do "damage containment".

  i had to "go back" and tow the party line....all my family (extended and close) are witnesses, all my "friends" and even work & business relationships are jw.

  Yes stand tall dude. And you got to get firm and tuff not meen but don't back down . Yes she will start crap but this is america and you got rights bro stay in you daughters life /joint custody or full.You can do it. I mean she's the kook in a kooky religion.thats all for now

  The Watchtower Penitentiary

  learning the truth about the watchtower society can be very painful for a number of reasons.

  first, it is so disconcerting to realize that the core of your existence and the foundations of your beliefs are false that it can throw you for a real loop.

  as witnesses we are so confident in all of the answers we have been given, to questions that we never asked, that we mentally put ourselves up on a pedestal above the masses of poor, blind, wicked humanity.

  Dude I mean this as encouragement.

  A little preface I've turned the other cheek personally long enough. So when i left which has been recently I don't mince words with them I give every attempt to be polite but I will not and do not take their $#!T.I will not live a lie and when i realised what it was I was done. But I feel you brother. But I got a little something in me that will give it right back to them.

  It just seems that everything is being designed to reenforce more loyalty to gb. It seems every mag leads right back to that. I listen to nondenom christian radio middle of the road type and the nondenom are really doing more to promote jesus, and ministryies that are associated and helping poor real counseling to better oneself. The jdubs completely miss that.

  Are the watchtower mags the inspired word of god? Then they can go 2 ways each way screws them. If they say yes I say why have they made mistakes (really if you ask them that directly the light crap scrambles their brains)? Also sometimes I instead say , Oh I thought the inspired words ended with the apostles? If they say no I say well I don't have to read them then.
