i say "always," but not today.. somebody with two laptops and a table filled with business ledgers was in "my" favorite spot!.
so, i took a tiny wooden table inside the coffee shop on a long padded bench next to 3 other identical tables.. as the clickbait banner ads like to say: "and what happened next was simply unbelievable!".

Leaving the org and marriage possibly ending

i was very much your typical witness and believed it was the truth until last summer.
a very close relative of mine left the witnesses.

Watchtower sued for Racketeering in California
by under the radar ina little birdie informed me that a lawsuit against the watchtower bible & tract society, its legal department, and several individuals (perhaps lawyers in the legal department) has been filed in the superior court of the state of california, county of los angeles for, wait for it.... racketeering!.
that's right, folks, you heard it here first.
i have no other information, other than the case was stamped "aug 07 2015" and the docket number appears to be bc590675.

RC in Australia and Child Abuse
by Nicky Whitehouse injust a thought... i wonder if anyone has brought to their attention the recent jw.org video from lett (with very dubious timing) suggesting that any and all media reports about how the org handles abuse are lies from apostates, and how no one is more protective of abuse victims than the org ...seems to me that that video is very damning evidence of their attempt to silence victims from coming forward with complaints - further victimizing and traumatizing them.i hope they have seen that video - and i hope they bring it up.
i am thoroughly enjoying watching the org squirm.

Justice McClellan was annoyed by not being made aware of the authority of Jackson as a GB top dog. Material needed if any one here could ..
by umbertoecho inhello again.. splash had a pile of scriptural evidence which he uploaded and it was good material.
it established the gb as the fds and used watchtower study articles.........i don't know if he was the only one but the material flew in the face of what those men have been saying.
it proves, using their own material how they indeed think they are the ones with the direct control over millions of lives, because as you know.........they are the direct hot line to god.
