hey i'm wondering if anyone can give some good advice on how to step down in the safest way.. i have served as an ms for a number of years, but can't do it anymore.
i know too much i want to fade in the future when i get some family things straightened out.
i can't move right now so that's out unfortunately.. what should i tell the body?
I was in the same situation. I used my wife's pregnancy as an excuse. I told them I had too much work, and with my pregnant wife, I would be too busy to attend to my duties. This was after about 3 months of calculated slacking. I was the accounts servant, and they wanted me to make deposits every week. I started doing it biweekly. I also had my hours in field service drop to well under 10.

this may be of interest to those of us in the southwestern us.
in light of the graphc and story from the new york times -- which shows the flow over the pacific ocean and over the southwestern us: http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2011/03/16/science/plume-graphic.html?ref=science.
this article discusses the exposure amount:.
I gave Satanus an answer right above your post. BACKGROUND RADIATION IS NOT INHALED UNLESS IT IS RADON! Then the dose of Radon that you get is relatively minute when measured in mSv. BUT IT GETS AND STAYS INSIDE OF YOU. T
So what? I'm not worried about radon.
I recommend to you the first link on this page:
http://www.phyast.pitt.edu/~blc/
Locales with the highest radon exposure had the lowest cancer rates, controlling for other factors such as smoking. The study covered more than 90% of the US population by county.
I live in a region where there is a lot of radon outgassing from the ground, and I don't really care.
Higher levels of radiation are good, up to a certain threshold. People that live at high altidudes have lower cancer rates overall than sea levelers. You get more radiation from the Sun at higher altitudes.
I'm not worried about the radiation.
If you are curious as to why, I recommend you investigate radiation hormesis, particularly the work of Dr. T D Luckey.
http://www.amazon.com/Radiation-Hormesis-T-D-Luckey/dp/0849361591
In fact, I even keep radioactive materials in my house because it prevents cancer. If you want to up your gamma dose, an easy way to do it is to buy Fiestaware ceramic dinnerware from the 1930s in red-orange. Uranium oxide was used in the glaze to give it its color.

I am a cancer survivor, by the way. I took more radiation in my 20th year to kill the cancer than you will get in your entire lifetime.

Hillary doesn't seem to share your opinion. Maybe you can talk to her and bring her around.

“Obviously, she’s not happy with dealing with a president who can’t decide if today is Tuesday or Wednesday, who can’t make his mind up,”
What a ridiculous accusation on the part of Hillary. Obama knows his days. Tuesday is Golf Day, and Wednesday is Basketball Day, unless he is picking his NCAA brackets or planning his next vacation.

Popcorn futures are skyrocketing on heavy volume.
if time travel exists then our past has likely been traveled to and possibly altered.
even though we haven't found a way to harness time doesn't mean that someone will at some point in time if time travel is indeed possible.. so hypothetically, if time travel is real, where do you think people traveled back in time, already, and for what reason?.

The guy's had too much Bushmills. What is in her hand is a dry icepack. She's either got a dental absess or has just had a tooth extracted. She's moving her jaw because it hurts like hell.
Is it a time traveler? Or is it someone with a 1925 Western Electric Model 34A audiophone hearing aid?

Here's one problem with time travel:
That very funny comic assumes there is such a thing as an absolute reference frame in space. Einstein's Special Relativity says no. Time dilation means that, yes, you can travel into the future in a sense. But travel back doesn't seem possible.

What does Maru mean in Japanese?
I'm not sure, but Japanese ships always seem to have "maru" in the name.
PS: wikipedia is your friend:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maru
The Japanese name for a circle, which is used to mean "correct"; the opposite of batsu. The end-of-sentence fullstop ' ? ' is also called maru. Maru also means zero '0' as in example 201: nii maru ichi
Maru (?) is a Japanese bailey (castle wall). See kuruwa.
Maru is a popular name for Japanese pets, mainly cats. This is because Maru is slang for "demon" or "spirit"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_ship_naming_conventions#Maru
The word maru ( ? meaning "circle" ? ) is often attached to Japanese ship names. The first ship known to follow this convention was the Nippon Maru, flagship of daimyo Toyotomi Hideyoshi's 16th century fleet. There are several theories which purport to explain this practice:
Today commercial and private ships are still named using this convention.
