Kalin used to be the BCC of the Russia branch committee; it is speculation whether the committee has been disbanded or not; any way as formerly, activities in Russia are under the oversight of the Finland branch as Estonia is; it seems quite logical that the former Estonia branch facilities are used as refugee home by the Russia branch committeee (perhaps right now only a country committee) serving under the Finland branch

we all know the society would love to get rid of all the problems caused by clinging to 1914 and all they claimed it meant for the last 100+ years.. it looks like they are laying the groundwork for easing away from the whole concept of 1914. this would also let them do away with the ridiculous "overlapping generation" bullcrap.

For anyboy familiar with official letters it should have been quickly clear there were some errors indicating the letter was fake; but it was a very well done April's fool.

1) Great News are nowadays to be expected at the Annual Meeting not in the indicated way; though this reflects well the spirit on the worldwise Morning Worship Program on the day of the Memorial.

2) 1914 won't be done away with; it's a cornerstone; the Kingdom started ruling then (see the Kingdom-book released in 2014. (proof proven by itself... in true WTS circular reasoning)

3) 1919 won't be done away with: this is the set day when after cleansing the Governing Body was established... (proof proven by itself... in true WTS circular reasoning)

4) what will be done away with is: time calculations that lead up to 1914 or 1919; the groundwork for this has been led: less and less calculating of the seven times in the dumbed-down version of the Bible Teach book; plus: Luke 3:15 formerly used as explanation that the Jews were calculating Daniel's prophecy of the 70 weeks has be done away with; this is the groundwork for dropping the calculation of the seven times; no longer needed, as we all recognize without that, that EVIDENTLY the kingdom was established in 1914!

March broadcast - Tightpants Tony wants to be filmed in action

did anyone else notice this?.

tony tightpants has the "morning worship" featurette in the march jw broadcast.. he appears to be hoping that someone will be videotaping the slaughter of 7 billion men, women, and children at armageddon.. quote is something like "we have some really good videographers here at bethel, but i don't think even they could capture what will happen.

still, all things are possible with god..." (not exact, but that is the gist).. and of course morris imagines himself as one of the "anointed", who will be the ones, per wt doctrine, to conduct the slaughter.. it takes a special kind of hubris, arrogance, and sadism to wish that you yourself could be filmed in the act of slaughtering billions of people.. i've encountered a lot of jws with "dark souls", but based on his public comments, i'd say morris has teh blackest one i've seen.. if he says stuff like this for broadcast to 8 million + jws, what does he say in private?

I love taking a leave of absence for a couple of days from this board, digesting some wholesome spiritual food and realizing upon coming back here, that others developed the exact same thoughts than me.

First I stumbled about John Evans analysis of the Anthony Morris Morning Worship in the other thread to find just a second later this thread where sir82 puts into a nutshell the whole 37-minute-video of Lloyd Cedars. Both just putting into words my exact thoughts on the matter.

Another prove that what convinces me of the erroneousness of the JW religion are not apostate sites, but JW Broadcasting does a spectacular job on it's own, showing how delusional the org is.

And I agree with John Cedars/Lloyd Evans in this, that Tony Morris III is suffering from PTBS and he makes 8 billion people suffer from the fact that he never recovered from his Vietnam experiences.

What about letting the chairman at the next convention he participates in announce: "And now we're eager to hear the concluding remarks from our future King and Co-Executioner Anthony Morris III...."

in the previous manual, it was seen as a potential judicial matter, which is absolutely ridiculous.

have they changed it?

The word "SUICIDE" occurs only six times in the "Shepherd the Flock of God" book.

I think the OP could be very right.

Step One according to sfl they replace printed PRCs with electronic ones.

Step Two they introduced in the EU a legal form for each publisher consenting his data being used wherever needed in Watchertowerdom. Those refusing report monthly, data i not collected, but not being in the database they can't hold any privileges above mic-bearer.

Step Three they are working on Publisher-ID, yes, but this simply makes transferring data between congs and branches easier.

Step Four they abolish reporting individual preaching hours. As has been described above they don't need it for planning literature production (though i doubt they ever really used it for this purpose. COs less and less regard hours as criterium for appointments. Above was mentioned the sfl no longer refers to this requirement.

BUT: Being CONTROL FREAKS, publisher weill be pressed more than before to show up for weekly FSM. GROUP CONTROL. Regular publishers must show up at least once amonth, and the Group Oversser will report this, so the number of publishers can be transferred to the branch. Consideration for appointments willbe: does brother X show up every Saturday and joins the group or does he only show up every other Saturday and slips away after the meeting... Pioneers will still have to report their special privilege hours or at least whether they made it or not. Knowing hours can be faked easily this absolutely makes sense to me.

This could be SOLD as a major relief to publishers while in reality it tightens the grip on the individual.
