i've been lurking for about a year, and have finally decided to introduce myself.

i've been df'ed since 1987 and have been helped tremendously by various ex-jw websites to get the jw garbage out of my head.

i returned to college and am one class shy of graduating-in pr of all things!

I returned to college and am one class shy of graduating-in PR of all things! I am shamed by Brown's lies. We were taught that PR professionals should always be truthful. He breaks all of the ethics.

Anyway, it's good to be here and out in the open at last. I very much enjoy this site. It makes me think and gives me hope that maybe one day my mother and brother will come out from under the Watchtower spell. I look forward being an active part of this message board.

Shortlisted for the career at Burncoose/ Caerhays

for those of you were enquiring how my job interview went yesterday for burncoose nurseries and caerhays castle in cornwall uk, the news is that it went very well.

just received a telephone call notifying me that i've been shortlisted to the 2nd round of interviews, in 2nd place.. i want to work here so much, 3 month trial for starters with a 3 bedroomed cottage thrown in amongst a 30 acre woodland garden, very nice.

what i've always wanted.. so, fingers crossed, if i get it, any ex wits needing some peace and quiet over the summer months ahead, you'll be more than welcome to visit should you require a breather / respite from all your everyday stresses.. take care all of you.. yipppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ..... celtic mark.

Hi Waiting,

I'm am also a woman (42) and in the southern U.S. I'm a senior at Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!). Yes, I'm one of those who is getting her education late in life since leaving the Org. (13 years ago).

After this degree, I want to get into graduate school and get a masters in English. I'd love to teach it! School takes pretty much all of my time, so I really don't have much else to talk about at this point - dull, huh? Anyway, it's nice to meet you.
