the royal commission finally uploaded a redacted version of the 2015 branch manual.
watchtower lawyers were looking to have as much redacted from this manual as possible.

This is the Branch Organization manual; hence it goes into detail about processes inside a Branch office rather than at a congregational level.
I see. But should they not also be tendering any documentation that covers the "Service Department Guidelines" as you point out?
I had a look for this in the exhibit documents, could not see anything.

From my brief review of this doc, the only information about the judicial Process - is in relation to a Bethel Family member, either at Bethel or in a congregation.There is nothing in there about the process on a 'Congregation Only' level and in relation to typical members of a congregation. Is this not what they require in order to understand the process of claim of abuse within a congregation?
