  it really chaps my ass when i hear any jdub say they feel bad about the recent terrorist tragedy.

  because jehovah's witnesses are all about the destruction of the world.

  period.. how can they say they feel bad about the lives lost in new york and washington, when they live for the day when billions of lives will be lost all over the world?.

  The pictures of the smiling Dub's faces kind of put me in mind of those who were celebrating the attack on the US...What help are they showing??
  What Christian Love??
  None is aparent as we have the reports that they, in typical fashion, Shut themselves inside and only worried about themselves..again... They niether offers to clothe feed or provide comfort to those in need. Yet they concider themselves as Christ. They have shown the reaction of the pharasee who did nothing for the Samaratin man.

  I am so VERY GLAD I am no longer with them.

  i mentioned to my study lady that i have the satanic bible and read it.

  she then told me i should get rid of it by either throwing it away or burning it.

  Why are you asking us?? I agree with MSIL and Larc, you need to ask your Study conductor..if you could call her that..She can direct you as to what if anything, you may say, do, Who to talk to, who to ignore ( I can't believe she is encouraging your input here)and of course what to think....need I continue??

  Will Brooklyn Bethel help New York?

  i hope all of you are doing okay in light of this terrible tragedy we have witnessed.

  it makes me want to join the army or something, it's hard to sit back and do nothing.

  upon watching the watchtower's new pr video of the terrorist act in new york city, it is as far away from the reality of what happened as an isolated community can be.

  Its a shame that they don't realize how much good they could be doing...instead they are up in their towers "watching" kind of appropriate that they are called the "watchtower Society"???

  I recieved an e-mail earlier today.. Asking for all those in the USA to step out doors tomarrow evening, Stop Your Cars,..and light a candle to let the world know we really care about those who have been injured.... They are trying to get some media coverage for this..
  I am going to try to do this..along with other things..to help..
  Lets not be like those in the "Watchtower"... Let us act!

  here in oz the graphic pictures via cnn have brought us up to the minute with the horrific scenes you guys in the us are experiencing.

  some of us know folk there and we feel the pain too.. we stand with you in this time.. god bless.. .

  Thanks Oz,
  I live in rural Pennsylvania, only an 1 1/2 hours from the site of the 4th plane that went down. And it seems to close for me. The weirdest thing right now is not seein any planes in the sky, except military ones.

  Another loss...we love you Mulan

  my mom's cousin sharon passed away at 1:30pm thursday september 6, 2001. she was a lovely person and was always more like a sister than a cousin.

  mulan held her hand every step of the way through a battle with breast cancer and she was with her when she died.. mom's birthday is tomorrow.

  now she will celebrate sharon's life along with her own every year at this time.. i wish there was some way to ease your pain mom.

  My deepest sympathy for your loss. Cancer is such a tremendous burden for those left behind. Its not the loss as much as pain that the fighting this disease hurts those we love. Please know that there will be many who will be walking with you in the "Race For The Cure" Many prayers and thoughts are with you both.

  why do jws fear getting 'priveleges' revoked?

  from what i understand these privilages aren't much of a privilage!.

  i'd be wearing a fake beard just to get them revoked.

  I agree with Hungryforlife....
  The elders use this as a means to "control" their "sheep" so to speak. This is the means of being the judge and jury over the congregations, the way they tear down the chidren in the congregations and rip apart the familys. By lableing the child or children of certain parents as undesirable is the way they can keep their "clicks" the way they want....I find it interesting that the congregations remind me of High School...If you ran with certain children you got all the privledges - kind of a teachers pets so to speak. Think of the elders in the cogregations...like the teachers in High school...and they choose who will be in and who will be out...

  So.... do we take this to say that he is:
  Preserving his Christian neutrality and freeness of speech? I find it hard to believe that he can remain neutral...unless he Leaves the Fold - can we dare to hope??? That would be a big blow for the WBTS..Most Dignitaries write, or have someone write, their Biography at some point....Hummmmmm....that could get very interesting...

  What should we name the baby?

  i am due in the middle of october and my husband and i cannot come up with a name.

  i almost had him sold on venus, until he asked people at work what they thought and he got wierd looks.

  i wanted to name the last baby sidney, but let him name her because he has never gotten a chance to name a kid before.
