  Back from the Memorial

  well like i say, just got back from the memorial, have been going most years, but this year i went by chance (knew it was roughly at 7pm at the nearest kh) to my old congregation that i grew up in.

  i didn't find the "evil" people spoke of here on this forum, or those too stupid to see.

  all i did see was people i hadn't seen in years, and let me tell you, what lovely people they were.

  BigTex....Is two way critisism not allowed here? I'm a nice person and so are many others here who haven't followed the pack, that doesn't stop us get ridiculed or classed as trolls with no brains, come on you're exhibiting "JW exclusion tactics" (your stuff) here. If I want to point out that I'm not impressesed with wasasisters phrase that she's gonna flounce into the hall I will, that ok with you? After all we don't all want to become back slapping individuals here do we, thats what we all left wasn't it?

  Dan the Man..... I've posted lots here, to the majority, (look back) you have answered me in ridicule, and scorn. So I guess thats why I say what I say, stay away from me. Its not all that difficult to grasp. Follow your own path. Stay off mine.

  Jurs..... I'm sorry you was so unloving at the times you were, you musn't let it get you down though. You call it "cult" coz that word is sort of a buzz word that makes you feel better about yourself. It doesn't have to be that way you know. What you thought were nice people, really were, go back and check. I'm sure you're still a nice person as you say you are, with or without Jehovah.

  JW tactical love bombing!!! LOL oh silly ol me, and I never saw it coming! You know, thats whats annoys me most about this forum. its like if you aren't in the "out" group then you must be stupid. Its like you must be blind until you can slag them off whole sale like the majority here. only then are you accepted. I know for a fact there are many here who aren't so short sighted, and know that all is not so black and white, in or out. Big Tex, I do realise that maybe, I stumbled upon a good congregation of bro's and sisters.

I didn't find the "evil" people spoke of here on this forum, or those too stupid to see. All I did see was people I hadn't seen in years, and let me tell you, what lovely people they were. In my job as Ward manager of a busy acute surgical ward I meet lots of people day in day out, I get to see good people and assholes too, its all under the umbrella of the good ol NHS that I work for. I think as a nurse, you develop a good idea of people who are genuine and those who are not. Attending the memorial tonight was an eye opener, so many people, those who've been in the truth for years, and alot of new faces I didn't even recognise were there.

  The nicest thing was to have old friends come up and say hello, some squashed my hand tightly, others smiled, some engaged me in conversation, others just gave me a squeeze on my shoulder. All I did meet though said how lovely it was to see me again. I think its ok here on this forum to disagree with JW theology, or understanding of scripture, but, and I say a big BUT!!! Don't try and say that JWs are a bad/evil/mislead, or just trying to rope me back in. They looked a pretty good bunch to me, and I'm not easily fooled by crap. I just wanted you amongst all the negatives here, to know.
