Wow, that last post was a doozy. What are you basing your claims upon? I imagine you are reading some pretty 'out there' internet sites to come up with that stuff. Have you also been reading about the Illuminati? There is no point discussing your ideas as there there must be some mutual agreement on what constitutes evidence and that's clearly not going to happen here. I don't want to be mean though. so as we know, the wt changed very little with regards to how they respond to child sexual abuse allegations.

they basically ignored the australian royal commission's report on how they could improve their policies.

the watchtower is left alone in australia to do as they please, or will there be some kind of follow-up?

Its had an impact on them enforcing the working with children act certificates that ministerial servants and elders must get. In Victoria at least, they will be getting fined if they don't get one.

I think it will be interesting to see when kingdom halls around Australia suddenly start announcing elder so and so has to step down.

The Guardian gives it 4 out of 5. I'm feeling very good about this movie now. Check out the review. There are quite a lot of comments too under the article which make interesting reading.

2017 Annual Meeting

this just in from the 2017 annual meeting:.

1. watchtowers and awakes won't be released regularly, at least three watchtower and awakes per year.

6 magazines a year.. 2. a new book is being released: remain in god's love, more of an update like how they did for the what does the bible really teach book.

for those that don't know, i recently did a podcast series called this jw life outlining my life before, during, and after the cult.

i made it with outsiders in mind so that anyone could understand what life as one of jehovah's witnesses is like and what it does to people.

i posted about it as each episode came out, but i know that new people will see this and hope that it might help more people as time goes by, so i will post about it every so often to reach out to those that can find help processing their lives or that want to help outsiders to understand what it was like in one cohesive story.. tomorrow i will release episode 2 of my new podcast called “shunned”.

The sound was okay for me on the last two JW podcast episodes. I really know what you mean tho, I wish they would invest in a decent microphone. I thought it had been killed off so was nice to see it back. That first episode about John Lloyd was a bit of a shock as he was a previous presenter of the show. Must have been a hard one to do. The last one about the various court actions around the world was interesting and the Australian woman was very knowledgeable.
