VioletAnai, hi again. I am surprised to hear you take that tone. I know you thought I attacked you a while back. We went on to have a reasonable discussion about why I said what I said and as I recall you were quite sympathetic.
There will be no new stratagies for helping you or anyone else see that becoming a JW is a mistake. We can only tell you what our experiences have been. But some people prefer to find out for themselves. If this is your choice, then so be it. But don't expect us to congratulate you.

You really haven't put a lot of thought into this have you? Have you read any of the books that will help you see whether you are being manipulated? "Combating Mind Control" for example? No of course you haven't. You would prefer to rush right it without getting educated about what you are doing. Why are you so keen to trust them? Is it because you WANT to trust them? Your desire to trust won't make them trustworthy. Would you buy a car without getting a mechanics report on it first? We bought a car for $12,000 (in Melbourne) a few months ago without getting a mechancis report - coz we thought we knew best. Guess what? Nissum told us the car is an insurance write off that some bastard has fixed up on the cheap to make money on. We've done about $6,000 on it. See what happens when you think you know best? Still I prefer to lose $6,000 than sacrifice years of my life to a religion that isn't what it appears.

what do you think?if the gb came out with a new policy, such as you must now spit at people who dont take the mags off you on the ministry, and give some obscure scripture to prove it.. would the witnesses do it?
or would they twig something is not right?.

Ain't that the truth??? I've been trying to make the WTS comprehend that for years. They don't appear to appreciate that its much harder if not impossible to believe it the second time around. I guess they think it isn't that bad to pretend. Kinda like put on a happy face and you will feel happy. I've corresponded with them about this and told them I can't make myself believe and surely they don't want me back in the congregation if I don't really believe it. It's like talking to a brick wall. They say; well it's up to you.
Basically they have no answer to this problem. They created the disfellowshipping willy nilly situation and like the blood doctrine they have no where to go but forward and stuff the lot of us.
Anyway 20 yrs down the track I'm not wanted back by most of my family. I've been forced to stand up to them too many times and they now can't stand me - I don't think they even know why they hate me. Probably because I won't be a good girl and play dead.

D8TA your mom is lying to you. But then you already know that. If you turned up to the meetings looking as you described yourself, you would frighten the poor buggers half to death. Hell man, you'd even frighten me!!! :-)))))))))))) I suppose your mom has convinced herself that you'd be welcomed back with open arms.
I read a post on here recently where someone was reinstated after being disfed for adultery with someone in the Org, and even though he was reinstated (served his time so to speak) he was still getting the cold shoulder. So I think Hell would freeze over before you'd be welcomed back into the Kingdumb All dressed as you describe. (They'd probably let you go half a dozen times and then they'd apply the thumb screws!!!!)

by U.2.K. ini decided not to join the witness 3 months ago(for personal reasons) i dont want to join no organization, not either churchs,.
i feel alot better to preach the truth and live by the laws & commandments and survive this last century(last days) by myself, along with my girlfriend... .
i love the witness, they are the only ones, who tell billions the truth.. 40% of my bible(kingjamesversion) information, i got from the witness, the rest i learn by myself, thanks to jehovah(yahweh) & the wonderful armageddon messiah(king jesus)...but i feel kinda alone on the internet going around helping and preaching jehovah'god & jesus word, because as it is written, in the last century, millions will turn away from the truth- 2 timothy chapter 4 verse 2 .
