  it is felt that there is one law for the rich and another for the little people who are made to toe the line.

  money equals power and it is a sad historical fact of humanity that where there is power there is abuse.. andersoninfo a few days ago produced the facts here that in 1975 the watchtower had spent nearly 2 million dollars to buy the neo baroque building in new york known as the towers.

  when they sold it recently for 200 million dollars they made a profit of more than 10,000%.

  What I wondered the other day, how much do the bethelites in Warwick have to travel now to their congregations. I mean, in BB it was awfull but in Warwick it must be hours of travelling. In Patterson it was not that bad because we had not that many workers, besides that we were assigned to a Spanish congregation.

  In what year was that? I was with him in Heights. He was getting real old. Barr was in that als well, as wel as a couple of guys from the WD which never attended. Barr did though. A nice humble couple.

  One thing I remember from Russell was his adoration for the GB, made me feel uncomfortable sometimes. One day he arranged, in 1999 a Place at the table of Jaracz. What happened? My wife and I were invited at the Place of a french commuter, an artist, doing the fake pillar in a renovation. Well "el vino did flow".. and I was really late, so we overslept.

  But, we got a second chance to have breakfast with the no talking Jaracz and his fake wife, a lot of gold but eating like a farmer.

  @pete...I got to know Russell Kurzen pretty well, we were in the same bookstudy. You cant deny he was a humble man, nothing inner circle stuff despite his many years.

  I personally have never ever seen someone taken to a meeting with a driver and a jw car. A Towncar is not that special, he might have owned it. Or just was taken to the AirPort ....that's what we received as a treatment being missionaries arriving at Brooklyn, not in a Towncar though, some other American top quality vehicle.. Nasty boy that driver by the way.

  Irish Elders deleted by Watchtower for reporting child sex abuse allegation to police

  two elders have been deleted by watchtower for reporting an allegation of child sexual abuse to the police, contrary to watchtower orders (a jw paedophile with a history, apparently).

  when the british branch discovered what the elders had done they arranged for 3 elders to fly over to ireland, at the congregations expense no less, to hold a special jc for the ' rogue' congregation elders.

  one elder and the cobe were deleted, two were allowed to continue.
