Bohm, calculating the total energy of the collapse of a WTC tower isn as simple as E=mgh. The building did not fall from a single height in a single solid piece. It fell from multiple heights in multiple pieces. The top sections would have greater potential energy than a floor 50 stories down.

Are you sick of conspiracy nuts?.....9/11
by Witness 007 inyes apparently the staff at the twin towers on 9/11 didn't notice the explosives strapped to all the beams on each floor......of course a plane fully loaded with jet fuel going so fast it nearly flew through the building {blew out the otherside} would not be enough to cause a collapse.
the building were glowing red!
people jumped due to the heat and smoke.

I think time travel is possible...
by AGuest in(fluff thread).... no, seriously, though (may you all have peace!)...
there are times when, within seconds after submitting a post, someone posts a response to it.
now, that isn't unusual in and of itself; however, my posts can be quite long sometimes.

"We don’t allow faster than light neutrinos in here" said the bartender. A neutrino walks into a bar.

Robdar, the SS/Ponzi Comparisons were originally made by the Left, going back to the 1960s. Here is a more recent excerpt by Paul Krugman:
Social Security is structured from the point of view of the recipients as if it were an ordinary retirement plan: what you get out depends on what you put in. So it does not look like a redistributionist scheme. In practice it has turned out to be strongly redistributionist, but only because of its Ponzi game aspect, in which each generation takes more out than it put in. Well, the Ponzi game will soon be over, thanks to changing demographics, so that the typical recipient henceforth will get only about as much as he or she put in (and today’s young may well get less than they put in).

When I realized the test was rigged, I clicked out.
The test was rigged. I picked "waiter" because it is easy money every night (and I did it for years.) It spit out $8 an hour. I made $15 an hour my first waiting gig I took out of financial desperation (and that was the least I ever made in that line of work).

Been there before. Well except the lost the house part. That questionnaire doesn't provide enough options. My wife and I started out with a month's rent paid on a studio, and $600 in the bank. We both had lost our jobs the month before our wedding. It wasn't easy.

CERN claims faster-than-light particle measured
by botchtowersociety inhuh?.
cern claims faster-than-light particle measuredgeneva (ap) -- a fundamental pillar of physics - that nothing can go faster than the speed of light - appears to be smashed by an oddball subatomic particle that has apparently made a giant end run around albert einstein's theories.. scientists at the world's largest physics lab said thursday they have clocked neutrinos traveling faster than light.
that's something that according to einstein's 1905 special theory of relativity - the famous e (equals) mc2 equation - just doesn't happen.. "the feeling that most people have is this can't be right, this can't be real," said james gillies, a spokesman for the european organization for nuclear research, or cern, outside the swiss city of geneva.. gillies told the associated press that the readings have so astounded researchers that they are asking others to independently verify the measurements before claiming an actual discovery.. "they are inviting the broader physics community to look at what they've done and really scrutinize it in great detail, and ideally for someone elsewhere in the world to repeat the measurements," he said thursday.. scientists at the competing fermilab in chicago have promised to start such work immediately.. "it's a shock," said fermilab head theoretician stephen parke, who was not part of the research in geneva.

What does this do to your argument that you directed towards Perry regarding the age of the Universe?
At this point, nothing. Speed of light is still speed of light. These are neutrinos, not photons....and independent verification is necessary.
