  OrphanCrow, the way he was saying everything makes it seem like it specifically has to do with the website/broadcasting. Could have something to do with the branch, but didn't seem like it.

  Just a note: this talk was in Canada. Something like DTV sounds somewhat plausible, but is that America-exclusive? I don't know if he would have been saying that much if it isn't available in Canada.

  And, yes, I'm the recorder/uploader of the video.
