  Is it me, or does it seem as if the JW standard differs on the WEST COAST? Seems like the Society doesn't mind Celebrities claiming to be JWs no matter what their lifestyles are (for the most part).

  i was just curious to know if anyone knows how many ex-dubs have gay, lesbian, or bi-sexual tendencies that linger both inside and outside the organization- whether or not they were ever acted upon??

  my husband pokes fun at me sometimes that i love women and that i'm bi-sexual.

  i guess i can't really deny that.

  I know/knew of PLENTY of women in the congs I went to that at least had a curiosity about bi-sexuality. I even dated a pioneer sister who told me (one night while on the phone) that she was "rubbing herself" while watching two females go at it in an adult film.

  Thank GOD for Facebook too, because I've seen some (even a young elder's wife) make funny statements like "Oh (pretty actress' name here) is so hot! .....

  After READING THAT WATCHTOWER I feel as though I know the Bible a bit better! LOL

  I've actually raised questions (long ago) about some things (contridictions) in the Bible...and the brother I was speaking with gave me a sheet....on it, was a list of 5 WATCHTOWER and AWAKE articles. He gave me no scriptures. Guess he figured I'd find my answers in the articles and should use the scriptures sited there-in.

  Love it when they encourage the READING OF 1 or 2 Scriptures THEN getting into (the most important part of FS) the magazines. That way you can LOOK AS IF you're all about the Bible. I should leave a stack of them at the door of some LOCAL CHURCHES! LOL

  Sounds like the parents never got the new light, or just held onto old ways. Those WICKED WORDLY guys trying to SAVE this kids life will pay for it! Jehovah will see to it!

  Wonder if the parents will take action now. Parents go to jail for leaving a child in the car during the summer months for neglect (as they should)...YET, nothing happens to parents who tell Dr.s "Let them die! Don't give them blood!".... amazing

  she's wearing a slim-fitting black skirt, a coral colored top that highlights her peaches and cream complexion, 3-inch black leather pumps that do justice to her well-shaped legs.. she got her mini afro cut and shaped on thursday, her teeth cleaned on tuesday.. i tell you, baby girl is gonna rock that convention center!.

  London Ohio and Indianapolis Assemby Halls to be sold

  announce was made this week that the assembly halls in london, ohio and indianapolis indiana will be sold and a new 3000 seat assembly hall will be built in southwest ohio.

  the assembly hall in london ohio was built in the 70's and is in fine shape - nothing wrong with it.

  the new one will cost around 8-9 million.
