I like the KH listing for Dover TN, "Turn-key church. Immediate possession"
It's perfect for a modern day C.T. Russell to launch his religion/start-up.
I wonder if the spirit world can see the Holy Spirit "leave the building..."

WTS paid for his law school, then he worked as a lawyer at Canada Bethel, usually on blood refusal cases. He was directly involved (as in at the hospital bedside) of Bethany's refusal of blood.

Wow, looks similar. The font of some text, the on camera 'set'....
so, i guess an upcoming wt has some new light on clapping!
evidently, jesus has misinformed the gb/wtbts since the late 90's.
clapping was disrespectful, because jesus felt that those who were df'd should not be given a pat on the back.
Wait a minute, I gave that talk too... Jehovah said to NOT clap. Huh????
" you will never grow old..." a more grievous lie is hard to imagine.
i heard this one first in 1957. i was 6. my mother had just converted.
i heard it many times after that.
I am in the next generation (non overlapping) that heard the same thing and had similar experiences.
what things did (do) you or someone you know do in the kingdom hall that was a no-no?.
i remember in the 80s when, during the meeting, three friends and i were breakdancing in the foyer.
3 out of 4 us are happily out of that organization.. as i was trudging through my fade and attending meetings, i sometimes dwelled on how much time and money i wasted during my years as a jw.
I liked to make 'adjustments' to the talk schedules posted on the bulletin board. A few double ended arrows here and there, between names to indicate a switch had been made. It worked once, causing some confusion as to who was supposed to do the next talk.

Operating the sound system and playing an Eagles tape in my headphones. It was a thrill knowing that all I had to do was turn one knob and everyone at the meeting would hear.
