The Watchtower Sells More of Its Buildings
by Kenneson inthe society has put up for sale the buildings at 89 hicks and 67 livingston (aka sliver building).
the market rate value has been estimated at $1.32-1.37 million for hicks and $3.45-3.65 for 67 livingston.
it has also been noted that the society owns 20 residential buildings.

there is no way the watchtower would sell those building for only 2 or 3 million.. anyone who know the heights now knows that brownstones alone are going for 2 or 3 million alone they better sell fast.cuz the real estate market is dropping like a chelsea boys pants at the roxy on a sat night

whatever it is they do..no matter how much...im sure those on this board will criticize them somehow.. dont get me wrong!- i hate many of the things of the WT as many hear know.. but i think it is lame to critizize a group for helping out their own and others

Diets, exercise and misery
by Mulan inwell, it's getting near to the time that i determined to begin a weight loss program again.
(after the holidays).
i am really sick of diets, and hate the idea of it all, but i have to do something.

burn more calories than you consume daily...it really that simple
sorry--but any exercise guru will tell you that
of course there are diff efficient ways to do it
if you can watch t.v or read a book while running the treadmill--you arent working hard enough
and wieght lifting is far superiour in burning calories than running..and no you wont get muscular and bulky..
its not that easy
