Florida Holding No Refusal DUI Checkpoints. If You Refuse They Stick A Needle...
by minimus inin your arm by judge's order.
(a judge will be there at the checkpoint) and of course, if you are legally drunk, you'll be arrested on the spot.. so this weekend in tampa, they'll be sticking needles in your arms if you refuse their demands.
they say they'll be heavily advertising the area that they'll be at over the holiday..

If you dont want to get busted for sleeping drunk in your car...Hide you keys...if you cant operate the vehicle then you cant get busted. Having the ability to drive in most states is enough to do you in. PS Good lawyers can disprove DUIs now....there are several in my city who win more than 50% of the jury trials.

Should there be restrictions on who can donate blood?

In honor of the awake that has all the children who died because they had killer parents...I was going to donate blood today. It was to be my first ever donation but when I got there I found out I could not....I had been to a country where malaria existed. It was a few months back, but now I can donate for a year....booo. But I understand it.
As to the point about being gay I will leave you with an anecdote....My Gay roommate has been with 3 guys in the past 24 hours....I wish I had that kind of game, but then again women are not as easy as men. He understands and agrees with the policy.
According to the CDC only 5% of people are eligible to donate blood, so with those numbers I don’t think it is only the Gays that they are discriminating against.

I have shingles
by coffee_black ini was officially diagnosed today.
started out a little over a week ago with pain in my back, and a week ago the rash appeared.
according to the dr, it seems i have been through the worst, and should clear in a week or so.

Shingles seems to be making a big come back I know 4 or so people who have had it now. Young healthy people. It is not to be ignored, one of them almost died from complications.

Fear is how people are controlled...the communists, the socialists, hellfire, Armageddon. I for one will not let people promote irrational fears as a means to control others. There is no wisdom in fearing some god who says you can't braid your hair 1 Peter 3:3-4 and 1 Timothy 2:9. There is too much in this world that is genuinely scary, we don’t need fear mongers.
The piece that this site has brought me has been immeasurable. I truly feel like the monkey that was on my back is dead. I can live a peaceful life. I can be a moral, kind, person without fear making me do it.

I used to feel that way untill i realized how they misdirected me with 607.....That brought there whole house of cards down.

Drew, How can you not understand what telling us not to establish a religion or make laws about the free exorcise, would separate church and state. The bible does not say the word trinity but I bet as an evangelical you claim it is still in there... The constitution also give the judiciary the power to rule on the constitution so look at the last 100 years of law before you spout off about what is in the constitution. Check out Engel v. Vitale, 370 U.S. 421 (1962),
