  STOP MAKING CRAP UP!

  i had to start this thread in light of today's watchtower study.

  in paragraph 14,15 they mention the grounds for separation.

  no scriptures are sighted but i am well aware of the support they usually use.. i am so sick of the watchtower making crap up!

  COuld you immagine being an active witness while being married to jgnat? How odd would it be to be married someone who was not a witness but could destroy every idea your relgion had in 15 min lol. jg, Keep him honest lol.

  Has anyone made a "Botchtower" or "Asleep" using correct fonts and style?

  i am looking for a 1-2 page pdf or jpg i can copy and leave at donut shops early saturdays that will create a stir and be irresistable to young jws.. articles like "coffee breaks and true christians" , "donut fractions and true chistianity " "sparlock abandons olympics to pioneer" " should elders carry milliondollar liability policies" -" governing body approved sex positions for christians" punch line/cartoon on back with web links.

  to cedars video, jw facts, here or a comic site.

  teenage jws, hell all jws will pocket the flyer if possible and check out the links.. have any of our talented members done something like this in the past?

  Pascal's Wager, Best Answer I Have Heard

  many of us have heard of pascal's wager.

  basically that you can bet on god and receive an infinite reward, or you can bet against him and live an easier life for 80 years.

  this guy proves that the wager is really misstated.. .

  How can you question my sanity? I didnt create the wager, nor do I buy into it. It is just something Christians tend to ask and it was a good answer.

  accept the challenge to change.

  that is the way we feel in the congregation, there is a missing piece, you.

  there are a lot of the friends who ask about you and tell us to tell you they love you and miss you.

  That, like many other letters, was hard to read. It was dripping with emotional manipulation and a lack of trying to understand your perspective. Unfortunatley JWs have one of the most conservitive views toward homosexuality of any group out there. I know that my grandmother had a hard time accepting her son. She just apologised to him now for not paying attention to all of the bullying that he expierenced. She is still unable to fully accept that he was born that way.

  As hard as it is, you just learn to manage your relationships. You learn that some people will never fully understand what it is that you are going through. You will also be amazed how much your witness family will quote a bunch of BS like it is the word of god. These are the same people who believe "...masturbation can lead into homosexuality. In such instances the person, not satisfied with his lonely sexual activity, seeks a partner for mutual sex play." That is from the Youth book.   Newbie - Not ex-JW

  i've been lurking on the forum for over a year now.

  i'm not an ex jw but have some weird connections to the group none the less.. i was raised in the worldwide church of god.

  a lot in common with jws.

  OTWO, WW COG is way smaller maybe 400k before it started to decline and if memory serves it was a religion that almost seemed like it had taken its structure from the WTS. They have an organization that goes from small book studies through to circuts and districts. I knew one girl who was raised in the religon and her expierences growing up were strikingly similar.

  The first big attack that anonymous started was on scientology. They also went after Westboro Baptist Church(The God Hates Fags People.) So the witnesses seem like a logical choice for their next religious target. This could be a huge blow if they get that 23k list of names.
