Thanks, Xandria, for the links. Kat, I am 33 also, and I just did the piercing! For those who don't know, a keloid is a pimple looking growth that is actually hard scar tissue. It usually occurs when the skin is traumatized, and over compensates healing and produces a raised bump. I have done some research, and some remedies include applying vitamin E, as well as getting it surgically removed or having steroid injections into it. I didn't want to go that far, and was hoping someone had a success story I could glean some advice from. Thanks!

i am beside myself, i hate the keloid so much.

I don't want to take the piercing out--I love it, and I don't want to get it repierced either, but I will have to do it if it's the only way to get rid of this thing. Thanks.

My significant other is considerably older than me (my next birthday will make me exactly half his age.) We have been together over eight years. Romance does not occur to this man. I have done many romantic things for him, but it's all just wasted on him. He is oblivious and unappreciative. I gave up a long time ago. I have come to accept that romance with this man is not to be.
I went on vacation this summer for 16 days--my mom, daughter and I drove across the USA. When I came home, he had cool sealed my roof, installed a chandelier, installed shelving, made cement bumps in my driveway to divert the rain water flooding under my house, planted a sago palm and fixed my lawn mower. But the most wonderful thing of all--he found a bucket of chalk on the front porch belonging to my daughter and wrote in big letters "Welcome Home" with pictures of palm trees at my doorstep. I was so touched. I took a picture of it. The man is a physicist, does not have a creative bone in his body, but made the effort to make me chalk drawings. Lovely!

BTW, if someone is really ambitious, the remainder of the lambs (2300 of 'em), if bought in their entirety, are $.65 each. Otherwise, they are $1 each in lots of 100. Sorry I can't fork out $1,395 in one lump sum, but thought it might be possible in other peoples' situations. FYI. Thanks!

200 lambs were shipped to me this afternoon. I am working on the ribbons right now--does anyone have a suggestion for the foil color? Mr. Bowen asked that the ribbons be mint green, which is not a problem, but I haven't heard back about what color the imprint is to be. Also, I am going to use www.silentlambs.org--correct???
