So punk, do you think they have ex Jws helping them interpret the internal language of the Org.?
That does make a lot of sense.
i have listened to segments of the hearing.. i am really impressed with the way the rc are well informed about jw procedure and the 'flock book'.. does anyone know how the rc got so clued up?
are they just that good at what they do?
(not saying they're not).. have 'mentally diseased apostates(tm)' been of use to the rc?.

That does make a lot of sense.
last week we had the cos visit and i wanted to share my experiences with you.
some background info on me, i knowttatt and am fully awake, my wife also knows my doubts and read a few things on the internet but she is still 100% commited to the truth, saying everything on the apostate sites are lies.
so right now i am in just to keep the status quo.
I dont think you were being set up at all.
A set up would by necessity imply that there is some type of plan.
Instead what we are seeing is mass belief that "we are Gods chosen and therefore right." thus the bafflement and confusion.
There are many good people in the middle/lower Org. I think the crap flows straight from the top and who it hits and how thick it coats them is highly individualized.

I dont think they are so much talking to apostates as they are familiarizing themselves with the literature.
There is a stunning and noticeable lack of emotion in the way the R.C. is handling themselves that make them extremely effective.
will this rc turn out to be the beginnings of a watershed time in wbts history?.
do you have any thoughts regarding this?.
Just to add that on JWTalk the top three most read threads the non public forum where some discussion about abuse has taken place is as follows:
Abc news nightline report 3/12/2015 13 Mar 2015 174 replies 4,721 views (now locked)
child abuse cases 19 Jun 2015 134 replies 3,775 views
Did leaders of Jehovah’s Witnesses cover up child sex abuse? 17 Feb 2015 136 replies 3,732 views (now locked)
The second thread has stuff about the RC investigation. Interestingly enough no one has posted since a post about the expert witness being ripped into and her testimony essentially refused by the Commission.
I have checked over there also and thought it was interesting that they have grown so silent on the subject.
It seemed at first they were expecting it to be handled well by the elders. Then they haltingly admitted it wasnt handled well. Finally the expert did damage to the JW case.
Now silence.
Threaded through were several people recalling their own abuse which made it harder to be sarcastic about the topic itself if anyone had been so inclined.
on saturday the elder and his wife turned up.
i have my reasons for not turning them away at the moment, at least, not until the completion of the rc.. i asked him about his thoughts on the rc.
he said that he thought it was easy and nothing to worry about.
i am not a jew, btw, but a judeao-christian (well, that's what i consider myself), and i hope i have not posted in the wrong forum, if indeed i am allowed.
i am the lay minister and postulate deacon of the arian catholic church in worcestershire, uk and the surrounding region.
i am also a lay oblate novice in the arian catholic order of saint benedict of nursia (acosb).
What a nice apology Danage,
It sounds like you are growing and evolving in faith and in awareness of yourself as you go through life. Those are fine traits to possess for sure.
the gb needs to be subpenaed to testify just like losch was.
the commission needs to subpena each one individually and make separate fines when each one refuses.
i just found these vidoes on youtube, maybe you have seen them already, but i thought i would share.
these canadian kids for me are courageous and inspiring.
more excellent public examples of non vitrial apostate awakening.

The perception of the news is that it moves fast and corruption is everywhere. Nothing surprises people anymore - or at least it takes something pretty big. JWs are not that big and dont matter to most people so I think this is going to have more impact in Australia but less in the U.S. and perhaps other countries.
hi, i am possum and have been posting for a short time just thought i would introduce myself with much trepidation.
i am a third generation ex witness.
