Interesting how people above complain about aggrieved white men, when that was the only demographic that voted for Biden more than Trump compared to 2016. More women, more black men (20% total), most first generation Hispanics voted for Trump than did in 2016, white males voted 20% lower.
The Hispanics recognize socialism, whites demand it.

I have a lot of clients who immigrated from Cuba (or their parents did). They were all firmly in the Trump camp.

Now that it appears the Democratic party has secured this for Biden, they are shaking their heads.

What I hear most often is "This is exactly how it went in Cuba, why cant Americans see ahead?"

Bringing up QAnon is an attempt to use the most radical side of an argument to make a point against reasonableness.

It really only works if the same logic is applied to both sides of the argument.

So pants on the ground looters and smashing the stores of your elderly neighbors and ruining their small family businesses, Democratic deep state infiltration. a ~~free~~ censored media and press - all of these are real so why not bring them up if one is trying to reasonably assume a QAnon as a conter argument?

I always see a flashing red light when somebody throughs a word bomb (like QAnon) and then runs.

Hebrews 10:25 ("do not forsake the gathering of yourselves together") used to have a marginal reference to Matt. 18;20 (where two or more are gathered in my name there my spirit will be also) e listed. When the silver bible came out it was removed, am I remembering that correctly?

It seems like we had a thread on that and the consensus was they didn't want people thinking they could form or meet for small study groups.

Of course now its ok I guess?

as i had mentioned in one of my past posts, i strongly felt the democrats would win the presidency because they know they can cheat and not get prosecuted.

case in point; everyone involved in the russian conspiracy.

and the republicans just don’t understand that they need to get in the gutter and fight back like the democrats.

just going by the topic titles you've been using these last few weeks.. do you think you can survive a whole four years with someone that's not exactly your favorite candidate?.

i know i'm in the minority from what i've been reading here, but i'm glad for the change!.

well, we all can't be satisfied altogether can we?.

I have asked in the past for someone to please explain to me how socialism (lets just call the radical left by its real name shall we?) is a desirable thing (unless you are part of the 1%) and NO ONE took me up on it.

No one answered my question.

I didnt want to be of that same ilk which is why I took Pale at face value.

I would do it again.

I dont claim that my views are right. I am just making a genuine effort to have the right view. I welcome anyone who can help me have a better one. I just wont be thrown off by shiny bells and whistles like freebies from the government or faux sweeping magnanimity like "everyone deserves to come live in America".

Life is tough. That is a fact. If you want to make it a little easier on yourself - do the work. No shortcuts.

Besides, what does whether they stay married or not have to do with the fact that the country needs and was benefitting from his business acumen?

I have to say I agree with you.

Having grown up as a JW that is!

For instance, I never knew until last year that the woman who founded Planned Parenthood (Margaret Sanger) was a racist and believed in eugenics as a way to cut down on undesirables such as black people. I also did not know that currently, the majority of babies aborted in the US are African American.

When you compare that to the Governing Body of JWs ordering its young women to only mate with men the GB has appointed (and therefore have control over) it all makes sense doesnt it? Control the breeding stock - control the future.

Does it matter if the "authority figure" provides you with free birth control and abortions or if the "authority figure" promises you eternal panda petting?
