Where else to go.I sticking up for the WTS.

i realise that the wts hasn't got the best of track record, and sure they have made mistakes.
but if i was to go to another church wouldn't they still have the same issues.

I would say the answer is simple. Religion is the problem not the solution. Jesus Christ is not at fault Neither is God apart from the fact that he allows religion to abuse his name whatever they call themselves. The Pentecostal used jesus law to his disciples in Luke 10:27 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
The Bible & gods love are all you need & Love of friends & Family. You don't need religion or church. In fact I only felt true spirituality when out amongst the creation never in a kingdom hall or church.

Why do JWs get married at a young age?

Bethel Speaker- get rid of Facebook!

he noticed his wife and daughter spending a lot of time morning noon and night on facebook, it almost seemed like that is all they did, so as a spiritual head decided to see what they were constantly looking at, "let me see what you are spending so much time looking at on facebook said the elder".
the wife explained this is how we keep in contact with the "friends", elder started to look at her page and she was correct, there he found friends in the cong.

I was born in 1967 the summer of love so grew up on the the Beatles, The doors, Jimmy Hendrix, Santana( Abraxus) & of course the Stones. In the late 80s early 90s I love The New Jack swing & also used to go to Raves in southern England. The music & the Experience was amazing. The Loved up Ecstacy fuelded nights were amazing never any fights & met lovely people. I listen to a lot of the chilled stuff now though still dancy but not as hardcore.

WT Society holds EXTREME Responsibility for 1975 and False Expectations
by flipper inhowever- many jw's who have come into the jw organization from like 1985 forward virtually may have no knowledge of the wt society's 1975 debacle and false predictions of the end times or armageddon predictions.
just like in in the book 1984 by george orwell the wt society has a way of not only erasing it's history so no newer witnesses will be aware of their false predictions, but also they are re-writing their history as if those false predictions never happened.. so for those of you here who may have never read or heard of how whipped up into an emotional frenzy witnesses were in the years just before 1975 by the wt society claiming the end was any day now- this threads for you.
to see the pressure that was put on jw's by the wt society to get rid of everything before " armageddon " .

My Dad Joined in 1973 With The 1975 thing ringing in his ears. However My Mum ,Brothers & sisters & I believe he joined because as a tightwad he wouldnt have to buy Christmas or birthday gifts for us. He left JWs 30 years ago after being an MS who cheated on my mother & went out drinking he also was a drunk driver who nearly killed himself 3 times. Our guess about him not wanting to buy Gifts proved correct in 30 years none of us have had so much as a card from him although he happily takes gifts himself.

Good question . I always asked if god is all seeing ,all knowing blah blah why didnt he see the serpent & stop it ? Its not like he was busy it was his day off . There was no tv he must have been watching adam & eve. Also in my my mind the serpent only told have a lie but then so did god . God said "on the day you eat from the tree in the middle of the garden you will positively die" The serpent said "you positively not die god knows that you will become like him knowing good & bad".
Did Adam & Eve die ? Yes but not for 930 years. Did they become like God knowing good & evil? yes they found out that God is as Evil As he is good because to punish all your kids for something one did wrong is evil. Also the first murder was to a degree Gods fault by putting Cain & Abel in opposition to each other & then critisizing Cain when he only gave fruit & vedge Not a blood offering as Abel did. Which is also proof that the God Of the Old testament was blood thirsty from the beginning. To me god is a sadistic , Genocidal , egomaniac who makes Hitler, Stalin ,Pol pot & all the other dictators in history look like naughty kids. If the scriptures are to be beleived He will soon wipe out 6billion people because they don't kiss his A** .
