The problem being, Bill has, had people telling him he's messing up. Let's just say I have more experience running a non-profit org, then he has. Years at a PBS station, being on the BOD of a 501 (3) (c) for a few years. He doesn't have any grant writers, that I know of (This can be potentially a good source of income for the org). He doesn't seem to listen to people that have the experience in this kind of thing, and that's what's really frustrating me.

I didn't ask about the finances anyways, I asked about who was on the Board of Directors, and what the bylaws of silentlambs was, both things that a 501(3)(c) have to have. I'm not concerned he's making any money on it, I don't think he is. However, I'm even more leary now, that he won't be forthright with that information.

Are you planning on contributing?
Umm I've been contributing time and server space, and bandwidth, to house his videos. Not to mention putting together local press conferences, that have been aired on local TV and in the newspaper. With the recent unprofessional crap he's pulled, I have every reason to be leary now. His last response to me in e-mail was telling me to investigate Matt aka Revmalk, even though I didn't mention him, because he's now accusing Matt of being a criminal, with a record. What does that have to do with anything, I wasn't talking about Matt at all. He's gone off the deep end, and I wanted to make sure that the charity is legit, before continuing any more work.

Here's a fact, I asked Bill, for information about the bylaws and the BOD of silentlambs, he's danced around the subject, for the last couple of weeks, still hasn't told me, and silentlambs isn't a registered charity with the State of Kentucky, I checked they're website. The Kentucky Attourney General suggests not doing work with a charity, that won't give you this kind of info, including finacial statements. The questions I asked were legitimate questions to ask to a charity, before donating whatever to them.

We have the power to change society, the laws need to be changed to put these cretens away for life period, that is the only way to protect people from being victimized by these dangereous criminals period. No "Rehabilititation" program will ever be 100% affective, the only 100% affective method is to lock em up and throw away the key. This is not about revenge, but prevention, and that is the only 100% sure way to prevent it.

Personally I think if the Circle of Trust (or whatever it's called) really does cut down on even one pedophile, it's worth the time and money. I would rather my tax dollars go for that than a $600 hammer for the Pentagon.
This is just a feel good cop out, if you want to truley prevent re-offenses, then lock them away for life, or execute them. Let the punishment fit the crime, the victim will have to live the rest of they're lives with this, then why isn't it fair to make the molester deal with it for the rest of they're life. I think this is worse than death, because of that, and that's why I think they should be put to death. Saying the stastics are real, that would be 3 out of 10 Pedophiles that would re-offend, that is un-acceptable to me, since you would never know which one of the 10 would re-offend. You people that want to go light on them, do you want them living next door to you? If not, then your a hypocrit. The only 100% sure way of preventing re-offenses is to make the punishment more justified, like life in prison, or even death (my pick).

Guess who get's to pay for this "Treatment", yep the tax payers, and the victims. 70% isn't good enough simon, that means another 30% get to victimize more people. Show me proof of these stastics, this seems kind of new, how could you have an accurate number for something this new? I hope you never have to deal with this Simon, it's terrible, and this pansy ass liberal retoric, just pours salt in the wounds.
