  as you may all know already, bill wants to hold a press conference in 10 cities across the us next thrusday.

  i have volunteered to get press releases out to the media, and my contacts within the media.

  even though i do have a background in television, and have actually done on air talent, i don't think i'm a good canidate to be the spokes person, i really don't want to scare people, honestly i look like a biker.

  Neosporin is bad, any antibiotic is, it will leach the ink out of the skin, and you'll have to get more retouching done.

  Ya the sun will bleach it out, and putting sun block on it before it's fully healed, will cause the ink to leach out. On my old tattoos I usually throw a coat of spf 48 on it, if I go out in the sun.

  It cost me $100 dollars but took 3 hours, that is cheap because the tattoo artist that did it, is a very close friend of mine. That tattoo would probibly be around $150-$200 normally, depending on what the tattooist charges. Also smaller doesn't neccassarly mean cheaper. A good tattooist will look at your picture and recommend a size for it, because small tattoo's can wash out easily, if there is too much detail in a small area. And yes do not drink, most good tattooist won't work on you, if they suspect you of drinking. Also after you get it done, wash the tattoo 4-5 times daily for the next 4-5 days with anti-backterial soap, don't scrub, and make sure you wash all the soap off. Also keep the tattoo moist, don't wan't scabbing if all possible, we use A&D ointment for that, you can pick it up in any drug stores, use the A&D for 4-5 days, then switch to a high qaulity lotion. DO NOT USE anitbiotic creames etc, like neosporin, these are designed to take things out of your skin, including ink. And avoide pools, lakes etc for at least two weeks. So if your planning any diving in those two weeks, then don't get the tattoo until you won't be diving for a couple of weeks. Oh ya another thing, when keeping it moist, make sure you let it dry out for 10-20 minutes before applying A&D. And don't cover it if possible, oxygen is good for it, it helps the healing process. Also keep out of direct sun light for at least 2 weeks.
