Jesus clearly states "that" slave can be discreet or evil. The judgement would only be known at the great tribulation. Silly JWs don't even read context.

This makes me sad. Nobody shoud go after these brothers with violence - they should go to the source. These poor mind-controlled bros don't know much, and persecuting them only gives them more reason to think that they are followers of Christ. Damn shame this.

Intro/fellow abuse survivor

im new to the site, as my username implies i am an abuse survivor, it was more then sexual, it was a very horrific type of abuse and no surprise the jw's that were involved were and still are being protected.

i have found posts here to be encouraging and glad to see i am not alone in my struggle and my fight.. i have a constant struggle/battle with emotional and mental health issues from the many many years of abuse but i am a fighter and try to keep on going, but am so glad to have found this site, it seems to be a source of encouragement :).

I miss New York fall... I've been in the Arizonian desert for 3 years, and although I appreciate the weather in winter, I do miss the seasons. Nice pic!

Worse; they will disfellowship you for bringing up the false premises of the 1914 explaination, and their continuous flip-flopping on the "generation'' thing. Worse yet - they continue to lie about what the Bible Students were saying about 1914 - misleading to suggest they said it was the year Christ became King - when it was never said once! It was to be the 'end'!

Anyway - I was just wondering if some of you remembered that series - and how hypocritical the WTS is about their own past.
