This feeling of yours goes along w/ every Relgion. What if we all are wring and they are right, this has gone through my mind so many times..BUT..BUT..REMEMBER who wants you to think in this way? NOT GOD,BUT satan and hsii demons..They want you to be confussed so you go back to the cult you came from..DOn't be mislead PLEASE...Its just one of the many stages you will be ging through, but this too shall pass, PRAY and best yet, DO MEGA research on this organization, you will feel betrayed and feel sickened that you were once apart of such a dangerous cult..AS of now dear theystill own your brain along w/ your mind which is commonn for every JW"S to have done to them. There will be a many times in which you will feel this wayit is NORMAL!

I PLEASE ask you to research as much as possible, there will be things that will help you realize this is NOT GOD"S organization but it belongs to SATAN, and be ever so glsd you have gotten out..WE all have been there.. The People here are wonderful and can help, and we all can support you and pray.

Just don't ever give in as if you do, SATAN has won,and u dont wnat this do you?

I couldn't help finding tears coming down my face, as even though I don't have my child in thier cult, I so feal for you dear, My heart and prayers go out to you. Remember Satan runs this organization NOT GOD and he is very powerful as he attacks our families and feelings..Have NO fear dear, ONE day they will come back to you, maybe not in this life, but the next, and what a wonderful day this will be when Jehovah will make things right and set them right. Honey they are brainwashed and their minds are no longer theirs.It's NOT YOU, even though they may slander you by saying your now of the devil and other evil lies, DEEP down they know their mother and grandmother, and IT WILL get to them BUT as long as the WT & GB has their power over them it will be difficult BUT NOT impossible for you to KEEP trying and NEVER give up, w/ letters / phone calls or what ever, NEVER GIVE up this is what SATAN wants, he wants to win, and DON"T allow him to take your babies from you..

I still have a few elderly JW"S who sneek over ONLY at nite and park away from my home for fear of being seen..How sad,BUT as long as the comunication is still there, there is a chance..Same w/ you, try and keep that comunication open, and anything you say now they will see it as from the devil, KILL THEM WITH KINDNESS! You know your Not an evil person, But THEY need PROOF, and YOU can do it..I will also Pray for you dear that your struggles be light, and your efforts NOT in vain.

DO NOT GIVE UP and Give into SATANS world, he wants you to give up, he wants your children and grandbabies..BUT Jehovah is so much stronger, and mark my words, Jehovah will win at this , so PLEASE do NOT give up, do what ever it tales to keep that comunication open, there will be your ticket to gaining them back...SHOWthem you are NOT of the devil and PRAY..PRAY..PRAY.. I too am new the site, and I must say, the People on here have all been where I once was, and its so refreashing tosee ones gather together and share their stories which has helped my remain strong in the fact I had left about 10 years ago, and also being involved for over 10years in this dangerous cult. My dear your fears are real because this is what the organization wants so does SATAN,remember Satan mixes truth w/ lies, and you have many concerns..Stay on here and your fears along w/ concerns will slowly drift away and PRAY to God and JESUS that they take all this from you

Something lead you here, and it was NOT SATAn as the organization has instilled into you, I beleive it was GOD and his SOn whom has lead you here, so take full advantage of this place sweetie, things will start to fall in place, after all it didnt take you over nite to become brain washed and your mind given to the organization...YOU must go through the steps as we all have, and depression and dought is all a part of these steps, but they are what they are steps, once past them you can move forward into a WONDERFUL Full FREEDOM of peace of mind and have Your own mind back, and You will see thiings as never before seen..This is a start, it only a matter of time before you gain the real truth, not manmade false truths that they have instilled into you..DON"T allow SATAN to win, keep moving forward, and you will see..We all didn't get here overnite nor was it easy for anyof us to leave and never return, although once you find out the truth and you feel the real betrayl that has happened to you, you will have NO desire to enter Satans place of worship again..

Read the stories of all whom struggled to get where they are now and ask them if it was all worth it? NOTHING GOOD ever Comes EASY and this is no different..I Pray for you that your eyes may be widened much more each day w/ out the fear of man, Jehovah already sees your post, do you really think he is upset w/ you for questioning and your concerns? Hes a loving, careing GOD why would he feel anything but LOVE for you? DID you ever stop and wonder if this was gOD"S way of helping you get out of this dangerous false cult? Just think for a moment...Could this be? YES!

Don't push GOD"S loving hands away, take him by the hand and leave him guide you, BUT you must also do your part.

I'm new here..... Studying with the Witnesses

hi- i just wanted to say that i have been checking the website out for a few weeks and have read some horror stories and some sad ones.

but i have been studying with witnessess for about six months and can't help but feel that they're completely sincere and maybe even, the true religion.

i love the watchtower and awake and to me, none of that seems crazy.

I am also knew on here, and the People have been wonderful. They are correct when they say "RUN"because I too at one time was a study, and 10years later it was very hard to leave.. This cult has you by the tail once agreed to study. I would find a whole new study group in another place, NOT w/ JW"S...There mind controling and before you know it, you too will be controled..there studying is just a way of gaining your trust, then getting you in...

PLEASE, PLEASE RUN and don't look back, you will lose your family along with so many things includeing Jesus.

I decided not to go back to the KH

well, as i mentioned before in one of my few other posts, i've been lurking here for some time now and finally decided it was time to face the facts and take action.. i was raised a jw (4th generation) and my parents were quite zealous when they got married.

mom was a regular pioneer and dad was a ms. i was the little jw 'rockstar' in my congregation, got baptized at 10, was giving talks and serving as an attendant at the hall and at conventions at such an early age.

auxiliary pioneered whenever i could.

WOW, what a Powerful story and message for all of us to read..My heart and Love goes out for you as GOD is directing you out of this dangerous Organization and into GOD's true world of love and kindness..You will go through a many stages where guilt will play a major Role, BUT Just REmember, this Tool is what SATAN wants..He will use your family,,friends and what ever it takes to get you back, DON"T ALLOW into SATAN bringing you down,expect depression as what you did as I also did, is a tough and major choice..It does hurt at times on how can these people continue to decieve so many?

The good news is the kingdom halls are not as full anymore, and their quick Builds are NOT happeneing much lately, so waht is this telling ya? PEOPLE are leaving, they have had enough of lies, and Gossip and Fake pretending JW"S to the Public. GOOD FOR YOU, you are on such a special path to GOD and his wonderful son JESUS and in time you will develope a major closeness to both, one in which NO ONE will ever take away from you again...It just will take time, Remember your mind has belonged to them all these years and it will take some de programing to get you on the right track, BUT you already are!

There is LIFE after the WT & GB, they scare you into thinking there is NONE but W/GOD"S powerful help along w/his dear son JESUS you will soon find out there is a WONDERFUL bond you will have, and the freedom yo worship how and when you want will be amazeing..Just give it time, even when things get low and they will, rememeber THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

completly ignore disfellowshipped children and never speak at all to them , also what about the children of the disfellowshipped children that are growing up unaware of the "truth " ?

im thinking of writing to my inlaws who have never bothered with our child for two and a half years to tell them to just walk on by if they see us as it would confuse her if they saw us and acted as though nothing has happened .

then they will be good jws and obediant to the watchtower and not blame us for not letting them see her which is what they lie and tell people !.

Shunning Anyone never works, I don't care what JW"S may tell you, as a memeber for over 10years I can tell you the much sucicdes,depressions, and all the problems ones face when being shunned. I know 1st hand as it happened to me after I spoke the truth about this dangerous organization. ALthough I like the stories I have been redind as a new comer, it sadenes me to think this shunning buisness w/innocent children are taken place..Jehovah God gave us these Blessings, and they are NOT ours, they belong to God BUT its up to us to raise them correctly. We ALL make great parenting mistakes in ALL of our lives, and we will continue to make mistakes, God knows and understands this. Why would ANY loveing Parent shun their child, and NOt speak and work things out w/ them, and to parent our children as we need to show LOVE NOT hate nor shunning..What examples are we setting for Our children and on lookers who can't begin to understand this cruel and not needed punishment?

We OWE our children the best of LOVE and Shunning is NOT LOVE it shows HATE and takes away from the very closesness of our love we have worked so hard at giving our children..Disapline can be made ONLY for teaching, NOT for beatings, hittings,nor abuse as I have witnesses many times in my 10years in which I got fed up at finally reported th abuse. While all the ELders and congragation stood by and watched these poor beatin children get beat over and over again.

PLEASE do NOT shun your children NOR anyone,ENCOURAGE them to doing the right things, show LOVE as JEsus would.

Excellent Post Marvin, The watch tower really spews out much "Junk" don't they? They are fast at Shunning people,even their own and it does so much damage to these people that are under their "spell" and who can no longer thing for themsleves. How sad. When I was involved w/ them for over 10 yrs. I admit being drawn in by the WT, however I had my gard up as wonderful friends of mine kept at me to get out of this dangerous cult..So many words of thiers stuck into myhead, so I never allowed the WT OR GB to take my mind nor my thoughts away.Please excsue me if I ramble on, i am a new comer and came from the JW"S topix.

BUT, I am ever so greatful for people as yourselves whom speak the truth about this cult,I always noticed at sunday meetings that people were like ROBOTS speaking and answering the questions of the WT, Most in which made NO SENSE, but people would sahke their heads in belief anyway, it was like they all were in some type of trance..Very ereee this was for me, I was not one to speak regularly UNTIL i started useing a different bible, that of corse stired eveyone up a bit, as the answers were NOT what the watch Towers was, but what the BIBLE was..People started shunning me also.

I knew from compareing bibles that the NWT was not indeed a bible at all, just a guide to jW's false teachings, so thats when I put Mine aside and began answering w/ my bibles..After awhile i was no longer called on.

But, Yes indeed the watch Tower is FULL of Lies and HATE for other religions and their scriptures that they quote about other religions NEVER seem to apply to them, how hypocrite is this? Thank-You for your artical, as this was very helpful Marvin..

However I do Not know you, I do fully understand you wantting to leave. I came from Topix of JW"S and they too are very brutal and harsh..But this will Not stop me and what I have to say of importance about this dangerous organization.

I can Only wish You the very best in what ever choices you make. I only wish in GOD and Jesus would Give you the strength needed to stay here, YOur story is important along with what you have to say, even the harsh words may be needed to put some in thier place.I am knew here and expect harsh people where ever I go..

JW's And The Abuse Of Children...

through out my 10yrs.

of being involved w/ the organization i have witnessed a many pyhsical abuse.and i even have been to a many different halls, in which i saw the same abuse on children.the last thing that had made me leave was a case of childabuse, in which no elders nor any one did anything to help these poor children, so i reported them and the children were taken from the home that day, the husband went to jail then prision for a probation violation by hurting the children.the little one of age 5 was punched in the face, then kicked down a flight of stairs..this was it for me, after reporting this, i left the organization and never looked back..how sad, when people just stood by and watched this happen, even an elder's wife, and no one did anything to help these poor children.and the beatings i witnessed in the bathrooms was just awful.after my research of this dangerous cult, and then the beatings of the children was enough for me to take my 5 year old daughter and myself out of this dangerous organization and never look back.

yes, we lost a many frineds, but i still keep in contact w/ some of my jw"s friends who sneek over at times to visit me..i sure pray that god will helo them escape this dangerous organization before its too late..
