If they faded, they will still be considered "disfellowshipped". New rules will soon be published to reinforce this stance. Watch out!. We are always happy to embrace jehovah's loving kindness on arrangements established towards maintining the purity of the christain congregation.

Shades of Grey - If you claim christ is the mediator and He is all we need for salavtion, why then did He entrust Peter ( a human) with the key to the kingdom?, why should peter be needed anyway after christ's departure. Let me quote the words of our lord jesus christ here and explain the reasons for handling the figurative key over to him
What were “the keys” entrusted to Peter?

If christ is all we need, why does Peter needs to bind anything here on earth, why was authority given to him? and what evidence do we have to prove otherwise that similar authority wasn't given to the genius in brooklyn since 1919 to care for the masters assets here on earth?
