by minimus ini believe the witnesses keep people in the cult by means of using guilt as a tool.
it seems people who leave the religion tend to stop using meds and anti-depressants.
exjws seem more content and less filled with worry and guilt.. what do you think?.

Yes, about not being good enough in their eyes or my mom's .... guilty about not being a pioneer and going to college, guilty if i missed few meetings for valid reasons, guilty if i had to miss a meeting to spend time with my non jw family, guilty coz i like ALL type of music, guilty coz I love Ricky Martin and tons of other gay ppl and even when i was active i didnt see them as sick, guilty coz only worldly boys looked at me and liked me ............ guilty , guilty , guilty me ..........

In my new apartment ....
by Dudu ini moved in my new apartment last saturday and ive been little by little organizing the stuffs, i feel soooooooooo good in here, is peaceful, clean, safe area.
yesterday my jw mom came to visit and since ive been under stress ... she doesnt like the way i organize things, she complains about everything and the worse she keeps talking about religion and the bible..... i dont want to hurt her feelings but i dont feel like inviting her to stay over for the weekend anymore.
so, how can i avoid that she comes for the weekend without hurting her feelings?

by Dudu ini moved in my new apartment last saturday and ive been little by little organizing the stuffs, i feel soooooooooo good in here, is peaceful, clean, safe area.
yesterday my jw mom came to visit and since ive been under stress ... she doesnt like the way i organize things, she complains about everything and the worse she keeps talking about religion and the bible..... i dont want to hurt her feelings but i dont feel like inviting her to stay over for the weekend anymore.
so, how can i avoid that she comes for the weekend without hurting her feelings?

Thank you Ding, I have this place for 2 main reasons, one is to start my new business, which by the way is doing pretty good, and two , to stand up for myself... i am taking my own decisions and taking responsability for them, i really dont want her to be noisy in her every weekend or staying over for sleeping, at least not in regular basis...

Would you be in a relationship with expiration date??
by Dudu inpeople usually start relationships with the posibility of lasting,,,,, my question is, if a person would die/travel/ get too sick, in a short period , lets say 1 or 2 years, would you still date him/her?.

Is not about specific situation, but that day i was thinkiing as @cyberjesus said ... all relationship have expiration date, we just dont know when .... And I wanted to hear opinions :P
