i'm saying that there was a huge loss of respect for authority in general. this continues in a social atmosphere of tearing down , tearing down, making these absolutely moronic stereotypes (that one jackass in all of history emanated) and then attaching that stereotype then to every single leader or person that even smells like him. who called bush satan? who died the other day? leaders are always thugs, you have to be, this notion that these soapy leaders are going to standup and everyone will hail them is bs. we will have this big liberal committee where everyone speaks very mannery and nice and they rule the world, it is such a fairy tale. and, it will lead us to complete destruction.

i could explain it, but it would take too long. it all started with the media though. they portrayed to the world that the rich and powerful were somehow just a bunch of fxxx knobs who inherited their money and were completely and totally incompetent. not realizing these people created the world that we live in and sure there are some failures, but that is the exception. it is what started this entire social iconoclast. there was a crash, it was bad, but things would be much worse if you pull the carpet out on the people who gave you your wonderful middle class to begin with. the whole social atmosphere right now is built from that one concept.
yes of course, i am speaking for the majority though, there are obviously exceptions on the op. there are two things at work, the first thing in the paragraph above which most people aren't even aware of, they aren't even aware of the faact that they are conditioned to behave this way and that it is the current zeitgeist and they do not even realize how much peril they are putting themselves in.
Edited for language, posting guideline 3. - jgnat

Shunned again today
by punkofnice inas i walked through the streets of my hometown i walked past a 'sister'tm).
at first i didn't recognize her as i wasn't paying attention.. she sort of gave me a bit of a smile (or did she have wind/gas?).
after i has passed her, it dawned on me who it was.. i'd given her family lifts to meetings and socialised with them.. i then realized she'd shunned me.

now that we have turned this into a star trek thread, i have found a discrepancy in the history. it says kirk's dad (joseph shatner) died in 1968, but it says that devil in the dark aired in 1967(march)...and yet it says that kirk's dad died during the filming of devil in the dark.

Shunned and Sorry (Herald Sun Article ) Vict. Aust.
by smiddy inin todays victorian newspaper was an article short and breif ,about the effects of shunning on a person.. 1.giving someone the cold shoulder can make you feel decidedly sorry for yourself.
researchers beleive we feel guilt and suffer from losing a social connection when we ostracise a freind.. 2.tests showed that being shunned, even by a faceless stranger, was upsetting.. 3.but complying with the researchers instructions to ignore another person was equally disheartening.. i sent a letter to the editor outlining a religous org.whose official policy is to shun members of their own family if they have been previously baptised and left the faith ,labelling them apostates ,and the heartache, trauma, breakup of familys this has caused for decades .
( this is the gist of what i said not word for word ) it will be interesting to see if they publish my letter.. any comments would be appreciated especially if you have seen this article.

the real problem is that shunning just turns into passive aggression, and at this point would say at least 50% + is used this way by witnesses. if a "worldly" person is shunning you, you can pretty much be guaranteed that it is passive aggression (as they are generally not subjecting themselves to such a code). hey, even if it is your wife doing it to you, she is pretty much telling you to f%#k off. when a cong of 200+ people are telling you to f#%k off, sort of lowers the incentive on wanting to return to that religion haha.

hahaha not so fast, i have a fix for you:
http://www.pctips.smittystips.com/v_ascii_characters_laptop_keyboard.php
your keypad should actually be embedded into certain letters on the keyboard (as pictured on this web site)
in this case, you will need to hold down both Alt and that function key that is pictured at the same time.
