I was a '3rd generation, raised in the troof' JW. I pIONEERED and was a 'proto'-MS (they didn't have the MS arrangement back then). I bailed and haven't been to a meeting in over 30 years. I may add to this later; here goes: Since I left over 30 years ago, I never RATIFIED the change in the Baptismal Vows of the early 80's. (WTS closed the loopholes.) Therefore, my Baptism was really that of a simple, generic Christian. I never pledged allegiance to Brooklyn or the organization; thusly, in the legalistic stance that Brooklyn is so fond of, I HAVE NEVER BEEN A JW!!!
