  What exactly is a relasionship with God?

  growing up and jw and being around them all my life i constantly heard the expression "a relasionship with god".

  this always confused me, because how do you have a relasionship with someone that doesn't talk back to you after praying?

  What else is disturbing me? Multitudes. I'm talking about numbers of people. I know there is one baby who does not get the needed love and attention that he should. And the baby will not grow properly for not getting the nurturing it needs. That's one and it's a big problem.

  Are you angry at that mother and father? I wonder why not? Volume. They don't have enough children for outrage to happen. How many do they need? 10? 100?

  They are not bad people. They have no idea they are neglecting the child just enough for the child to grow up starved and stunted. The child is starved for love. Is food more important than love? I think not. I think water might be, but that's just my opinion.

  So mom and dad aren't bad, they are just too busy making a living. And they tire easily.

  I'm sorry cult classic that I made you feel that way.

  I think I did not post that God IS causing comfort to the children. I posted that no one can know for sure if God isn't comforting them. It is unfair to be saying God does NOTHING when one does not know WHAT God is doing.

  There are many ways people suffer. JWN had adopted starvation and too much water as in floods particularly tsunamies it seems. Some suffering is good. To remove ALL suffering from Earth is bad, isn't it? And some things causing suffering have good purposes. like knives.

  how do you surmise that God has possibly provided comfort to the one suffering?

  So getting rain to him might cause worse problems. Getting food to him will likely be thwarted by evil men. The solution is to move the people out of the terrible God dishonoring tribulation. Any ideas how to do that?

  Yes, a flood. The ground is too dry. Also the water would wash away any precious nutrients that are in the soil.

  How many people have the means to feed themselves? How many people have starved to death? The world should be perfect?

  Can he not provide a means for them to feed themselves? Is he that useless?

  ? Have you never heard of food getting stolen at the deliver sight by fat men? Is HE that useless OR are some people that BAD? I think you are attacking the wrong entity.

  Still thinking if God only created everything it is a tremendous thing God has done.

  That child can be fed and given clean water. MAN'S selfish power and MAN'S selfish longing to satisfy his OWN desire is IN THE WAY of what God can do for that child. Do you propose that GOD get every selfish person out of the way? And how unselfish and caring does the person have to be to avoid the cut?

  Also I have experienced a lot more than the average person. I suspect there are worse things ahead than starving to death.

  You have no proof that God is not comforting that boy. You do NOT KNOW if that boy has mind over matter power to feel better than even a person who stuffs himself with food. There are mechanisms in the human body and brain that can overcome many kinds of suffering. Who put them there?
