  I don't believe the Bible is the perfect inalterable Word of God. So your right!

  That's good Leolaia. Thank you.

  Though I think "Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming" does not mean obvious to everyone. It means to each person. "Your Lord". If it meant what they say it means it would say "The Lord". So it's been happening to people for over 2000 years. And it's true.

  The paraple of the treasure found in the field might be a parable of the thief.

  44 “The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

  If a treasure is in the ground that belongs to you, but you do not know it is there. Someone else finds it, keeps it a secret and offers to buy your field. Because you are not quite awake you sell it. Now the buyer has the treasure. I think that's called stealing.
