i have many questions and topics to present but i first want to know who i am presenting these questions and topics to so i have 2 questions that i would like as many of yall to answer as possible.. .
question 1: did you leave the organization out of the blue or were you first disfellowshipped?.
According to the rules of Jehovah's Witnesses, it is improper to forum.
That is how I understood the message at convention. I did not attend any assemblies this year,
I don't not know if the rule has been lifted. So everyone that forums here is out or on the way out.
See! Governing Body was right. (I'm kidding).

Hi! Question #1 I left "out of the blue".
Question #2 I learned that the friends were leaning on the understanding of the
Governing Body which I believe is against what the Bible teaches.
Those persons who have been unjustly disfellowshipped will never, in my opinion, get an apology.
I have observed that very very few people in the organization say "thank you", and/or "I'm sorry".
it's my birthday today, sept 19. i was born in 1972. .
i find it interesting that so many people i know post a "happy birthday" on my facebook page.
all of those years inside the wts org., and i always thought birthdays were evil, pagan, god dishonoring.

Thank you AGuest for posting. You type very well. I noticed no errors and I agree with most, or all of what you say. It looks like to me it is very much on target. Which is a miracle in and of itself! The doubters want proof, but what they really want is magic. I believe the children of God can see power in the word, it is too bad for them who allow themselves to be mis-led. May you also have peace! In Jesus Christ's name there is glory and peace. i have been meaning to post my experience at the pioneer school and i will as soon as time permits but theres something that has happened recently in my life that has impacted me in such a horrible way that i just have to get off my chest.. as you may know ive been trying to fade.

Might I suggest, if you would like to post more (I'm looking forward to you doing so), make the posts smaller. And dear BrokenPromises, funny, but not nice, I hope what BP means is it's too long. But I personally think it is understandable.

i regularly encounter jw's i knew while studying and it kills me that they would likely not listen long enough for me to tell them the truth about the truth.

The seed doesn't matter. As soon as they think you are apposed, their apostate antenna will go up, then your both in trouble. Just keep it personal. Their saving power is not you and is not themselves. Just say that you love them, that you believe to seek righteousness does not mean listening to the Governing Body, that you feel freer now to seek Jehovah, as he is a Father and Fathers do not treat all their children the same like the society does. You might say if you ever want someone to talk to, not to inculcate, but to talk, you will be there (in case that is true). Peace!

It is the promise of "peace and security" that the Watchtower promises. Because the Governing Body has taken the place of Jesus, the Prince of peace, there will be "destruction upon them" and they will not flee (the translation says they will not escape, but if I am right it means flee) Do YOU see them fleeing from the Governing Body? I am not going to name another one because like I said, it is vanity.
