Wouldn't that imply that it was one crime, or that the defendants were working together? Not just impossible to manage, but it seems like it would be impossible to prosecute! Wait, wait... was that the cheaper option?
That's an interesting question. It would be if they all were within the same jurisdiction. But they are 7 individuals spread over 3 different continents with different legal systems, legal interpretations etc.. What would happen f they find the US residents not guilty but the European ones guilty? Which one would be the real verdict?

For the legal fees in Croatia Law Society charges on a point basis. Just for the lawyer basically. There also may be other fees, admin, court fees etc.
I calculated only the criminal case submission and so far he is around 100 points. around $1400. Criminal Legal fees ain't cheap. Link here https://vaic.hr/en/lawyers-tariff-croatia-rijeka/
He probably will wait to see what's happening with this claim before starting civil proceedings.
Also to be noted that he made a bulk claim against 7 different individuals. Perfectly ok but nearly impossible to manage. He should have made 7 different claims but hey even his Patrons don't have unlimited resources

Do you need to reassure your unsettling Patrons that everything is going well because under Croatian Law you can trial in absentia whoever you like? What's next? Legal System Corruption? Lloyd & Dijana even tried to visit him with Jessica, so she could meet her grandad, and he wouldn't answer the door. Those kids will never know their British family or know they are British. Watchtower is a monster for the shunning policy but we all know JWs who have put family first, such as Dijana's lovely parents.
Debatable. Lloyd and his father were business partners until a few weeks ago. Perhaps we should stop blaming WT for everything occurred to this dysfunctional family
