why is it dangerous for Lloyd to move back to the UK?
Firstly living cost is the UK isn't the same as in Croatia. Whatever sum of dollars he's getting from patrons and youtube it would have a different value if he lived in the UK. Travelling costs, rent, food, inflation you name it.
He has always been against Brexit. Whatever political ideas we are standing at the moment the economy in the UK is in a bad shape. It may improve and surely it will but no indications so far that this will be happening within a short run.
With his allergy for a decent, paid job, Croatia at the moment offers him a financial stability he wouldn't otherwise have in the UK.
Secondly, as LMsA reported recently his story about his JC and escape from the UK has inconsistencies and contradictions due to the fact that a serious occurrence happened in Bramhall that led to Lloyd fleeing the UK. How serious? Enough to concern a Croatian elder sometime later (he speaks about this in his book). Likely Evans papa organised everything to avoid more serious consequences. Pay attention though that Lloyd is a known liar and a manipulator. He may have changed timeline of events in his story, people etc., But there are people who know the details of what happened. Coming to the UK would be very risky because JWs can become EXJWs and are not longer subject to WT privacy policies. There is the possibility that some of the people involved may speak out at some point.
This would apply to Dijana too. She knows many things and may have decided to stay silent for some reasons. Being close to Dijana is crucial at this stage.

He will never go back to the UK. It's a dangerous place for him and also he would never leave Dijana to be far away. Dijana can be dangerous too and she must be controlled.

I was a JW long enough to know that you don’t get to sin in one congregation, hold onto the info just long enough to transfer to a new congregation, and then confess. Shady action like that is enough for them to conclude you aren’t really repentant and are looking to escape punishment. Chances are they make you go back to the nearby congregation you just fled to face a JC.
Chances are he might have even avoided a JC for something as simple as sexting especially when and "if" no one else in the congregation was involved. As you said, this looks unrelated to the online porn chatting and something else. Something that "Tom" in Croatia was worried about months or years after. If porneia was involved then any JC would have deliberated after Dijana's decision. If Dijana would have not forgiven him chances were that he could face disfellowshipping. What could a young and unexperienced Dijana do alone in a foreign country? Again as you said there are crucial missing points here and the ones offered in his memoir are contradictory and inconsistent with WT policies.

Your point is crazy but could also make sense. It's a thought but consider that unless the girl was fluent in English he couldn't communicate. It is not technically easy to convolute that kind of message without good communication. But hey you have a point there.

But Lloyd couldn't bear to have them shun him whilst still in association with Dijana and the baby. He gets shunned, everyone gets shunned. Lloyd can do what he wants for himself and if a confrontation with the elders was what he wanted to do then go ahead. But don't drag your pregnant wife along with you who'd much rather fade.
Also it would be much more easier to control Dijana in a position of power. If Dijana faded he would have been left out although partially he was because the integration with the Croatian congregation was nil given the language barrier. Had he spoken the language probably we were talking about another story here. He would have been the same brother Evans and carried on his translation business profiteering from brothers and sisters alike rather than exjws.
From his reaction I strongly believe that he was terrified to have Dijana not completely out under his terms.
