  I remember attending one meeting in the 1970s with an interested person from work and I found that meeting interesting about an 8. That was it.

  the other day the glass in my oven door exploded and sent glass into the next room, fortunately i wasn't peering in at the time.

  about a year go the previous oven door shattered one morning.

  the oven was cold.

  Jehovahs Witnesses and the Name , HOW Important. ?

  jehovah`s witnesses place great emphasis on the importance of god`s name as jehovah .so much so that they are often accused by christendom`s religions as substituting jehovah for christ.. the old testament ( hebrew scriptures identify god as the tetragrammaton four hebrew consanants yhwh and not jhvh.

  as mistakenly believed by a 13th century spanish monk .. modern scholars including the j.w.`s agree that the more accurate pronunciation of gods name would be more nearer to yahweh than the name jehovah .. so why do j.w.`s insist on the name ?

  i think is mentioned somewhere with regard Gods people coming out of Egypt and being witnesses of what Jehovah done.

  Happened to my Mom's stove once. Mine too.
  

  I think it's just caused by accumulated heat stress to the safety glass.

  Thanks Vidiot probably right. This oven was only 9 months old and the one in the store was new. Probably been knocked at some time.

  no it wasn't gas. the oven had been used a couple of hours earlier and the inner glass was fine.

  Sorry i dont wanna hurt any feelings, but the plates there dont fit to this building, in my taste.

  (I think that they are preaching the establishment of God's Kingdom in 1914 which fits with Revelation 12 and birth of a nation and Isaiah 43 i think is mentioned somewhere with regard Gods people coming out of Egypt and being witnesses of what Jehovah done. so my thought was if it was tied to the preaching of the God news it was important. maybe not)

  i maybe wrong but i think it is important due to the scripture Isaiah 43:10. and what they were witnesses of.
