  Have you ever had your oven door explode?

  the other day the glass in my oven door exploded and sent glass into the next room, fortunately i wasn't peering in at the time.

  about a year go the previous oven door shattered one morning.

  the oven was cold.

  Is there a difference between being pardoned or acquitted

  in the new world translation of the holy scriptures (revised 2013) at romans 6:7 it uses the word 'acquitted'.

  in the kingdom interlinear translation of the greek scriptures (1985) it also has 'acquitted' and in the greek word for english word translation part in has 'has been justified' .

  the insight on the scriptures (1988) under the heading declare righteous page 803 talking about the original greek words that are translated as justify and justification and can be translated as declared righteous and pronounce righteous it says,.

  Guilty and Stupid

  whenever i post on this site i feel really guilty and stupid.

  i think after i post that's it i'm never posting again (probably be a good idea) .

  my wife went to hug me this morning and i instinctively backed away.

  we laughed.

  The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living, Damien Hirst.

  i recently went to the tate modern in london to see the exhibition of damien hirst's work.

  i particularly wanted to see two of his works.

  one being the one in the title, the shark in formaldehyde, and the other, for the love of god, the skull encrusted with diamonds.. unfortunately the diamond skull was only there until 24 june.

  i have two.. luke 4.

  16 he went to nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom.

  he stood up to read, 17 and the scroll of the prophet isaiah was handed to him.
