I just was able to retain a balanced view of life and the bible, therefore I did not cut my belief in God off at the knees. I am sorry if my ability to have faith in a creator and his promises makes you feel insecure enough to attack me.

I think you may be mixing God's rewards to his people with your obvious distaste with the way the "GB" has treated you or the way you have seen others treated. I would seriously consider some personal bible study. Separating Gods love and viewing it and its rewards as a single subject is essential to posting and thinking in a sane manner.

Seriously? Nobody caught it eh? Your all gonna watch this video and then make a judgement call. I dare you guys to go back and watch 2:14 to 2:18 multiple times.

(Bolding is mine, obviously) watch the above transition several times. His head, and the brother that his behind hims head. They both jerk real fast, or speed up. same with some of the walking people behind the stage. Its clearly a doctored video. So at this point we need to see what he meant by "you can go...." he said something, weither it was a verse, the bible, the literature, or the privacy law, it does us no good or God no good to judge a man without that information. If I see an undoctored video with im qouting the privacy law again, then ya, its a misapplication of scripture. You have plenty to work with that doesnt require slight of hand. Don't use dishonesty.
At this point I am gonna study this video more cause I got a sneaking suspicion if they thought they could get away with that, what else did they do with the audio?

'Apostates' being labelled 'mentally diseased'. Is discrimination against mentally disabled people by using it as a 'hate crime' term?
by punkofnice insorry if i'm not expressing myself very well but i wasn't allowed an education due to wbt$ regulations.. what i'm trying to say is that the wbt$ using the term 'mentally diseased' as an insulting term against those fictitious 'apostates' they want everyone to 'hate', is surely very discriminatory against those that have a genuine mental illness.. it's like calling a white person that has caught a suntan the 'n' word isn't it?
offensive, inappropriate and utterly destructive.. in the uk the press can be pretty sensitive about such name calling that implies that mental disease is somehow to be used as a hate crime word.. is it worth writing to the press to complain about such discrimination?.

I even just seen a thread telling some dude to STFU with his preaching cause most people here think the bible is a superstious piece of crap. Your opinion is your opinion and your entitled to it, but what in the heck is that type of opinion doing on this board? and alot of people applauded you. I am not surprised when i see threads about the GB being this and that, but where does bashing the bible and supporting non christian beliefs have a place on this board? Can you see my point? It seems that this population of people needs to migrate to a different place.
Somebody please explain to me how threads like the above ones make any sense on this board. It is the same as if I personally joined a Golfing forum and made threads about knitting and threads about golf not being a real sport. You wouldnt think I would last long.

Alright, all very reasonable answers. I do not expect you to believe anything good about the man, why should you? I just posted what I know to be true. You can take it or leave it. It would be crazy for me to expect anything more. As for the two posters who belong on a video game board, i.e. trolls. Grow up. Im talking to the two who asked if I'm the guy, and the other who thought it'd be good to question my mental health.
I sincerely hope you are all wrong though. The details of the situation make me believe that you are. The age of the victim, and the chimos personality make me think I am right about it. I will allow that you never know. If something ever comes out I will be the first to come back and apologize.

It is sad that this will be my first post here and will most likely characterize me if i ever became a regular poster. or maybe its not if you accept me at my word. its not about me. dont worry!
But it is important to establish a bit about me in regards to child abuse. It is important in that it will help you believe my honesty in relation to the person i am writing about. I loved a girl for 15 years. meet her when we were kids. thought she was my soulmate. over the years i found out she thought she might of been molested as a small child. its all circumstance and maybes but the person that MAY HAVE done this to her is a known molester of his own grandkids, and has been dfed twice for it. once for the originial revelations then recently again for further information that came out. I have always harbored great malice towards this man cause he screwed up the girl i loved for so long. and she was really messed up.
the other one is slightly more personal. my daughter when she was 3 made some comments to me and also some actions that lead me and my wife to believe that someone else in the extended family was doing very weird and innapriopiate things with her. I brought it to the attention of the elder body and it pretty much lead to the unraveling of that entire family. very sad for them. I have great malice towards the accused, as they make the claim they didnt and there mother does too. My daughter couldnt of made this stuff up, i believe her. I dont allow him to even hug her even after 3 years. last time it happened lead to a very heated arguement at a graduation.
I tell you these two stories so you know my stand. i despise molesters. i may actually have a unhealthy dislike for them since i wish them great harm.
Now, the heart of the matter. I found a brothers name on her from some years back who got his name dragged through the local media as a child molester. Make no mistake, he deserved to be embarassed. what he did was wrong and disgusting and plain stupid. if i had been visiting these boards i would not have defended him from the comments some of you made about him.
There is no "his side of the story" though. I do not defend his actions. I will defend him as a human being now, so many years apart from it. First thing you all need to know. You have all the important facts about the case. Its right there for you to see. theres nothing to add about that. But in relation to the comittee that dfed him, his family situation, the victims family situation.....its so complex. so much has happened to all of them. I do not wanna talk about it cause its frankly not my right to put any of there names in this post. I can definetly explain more one on one with any of you who care enough to know. Regardless, what needs to be set straight is this man, who did this wicked stupid thing. Hes a good man. He has a good heart. I have known him all my life. He loves Jehovah. He has to have a letter follow him around his entire life. From my vantage point the letter does no good. I wish you, the read, could understand this. He plainly is not your typical sex offender, infact he never was. You may say im stupid, but i say this in light of my first two paragraphs. I would trust him with my children.
